Given the mess in there, please help provide revelent sub-board for the newbies.

That's about it ... but think it would only do good.

As a mod who spends a lot of time browsing newbie section, I think this is a good idea.  Plenty of topics to sort into either, and allows for the clutter of intro threads.

<Only announcements and FAQs>
->Technical Questions
-> Trash Can
