Kraken don't want to send me back my money!

Hello everybody,

I have 5 names (a first name, 3 secondary names and a last name) on my ID. In the everyday life I use only my first and my last names. For example, at the bank I'm inscribed with my first and last names. Kraken offer the possibility to write 3 names; therefore I wrote my first name, my first secondary name and my last name. I wanted to withdraw money from my account but Kraken wrote me that it is not possible because the 3 names from my account in Kraken do not correspond to those of my bank account (but they accept money from this bank account without any matter...).
Now no more communication is possible with Kraken. They don't answer me. I can only sell and buy but the money that I wanted to withdraw is hold.
Please, do you have any peace of advice?

At this moment you only to wait until they reply you since you contact them already. But why you give your 3 names on kraken while you only give 2 names on your bank account associated with your kraken account on the very first place, it should be the same IMO and thats what matter now. But to think of it, there must be an error when you linked your bank acct to your kraken on the first place and thats there job to warned you but they just ignore it and let you buy some coins there and now they are reasoning that its your fault

Well your problem a little bit complicated.
Try to contact kraken support if it's not work,contact the upline one kraken company

try again and again to contact to support of the kraken there are some hackers that will interupt the transaction sometimes. that is the only thing that i can said in your situation
