Send them a message about it and provide the transaction. I don't know ifthey will allow to give back a deposit coming from the pre-sale address because it was being escrow and If my interpretation by escrow is coreect then that means that they have no accessto the money in that , yes?

if they do agree to send back part of your investment am sure they will require you to sign a message from the address you sent funds from....

You better send them pm here or use support email ( support@quantumproject.org ) to get in touch with them . But as others said above it will be hard to do since the money is escrow and if they are welling to do it they will prob ask you to  sign a message from the address you sent funds from . I hope your problem get fixed ASAP .

I dont think it is refundable. But if you have send a message to the owners then let us know about the process happened if you got the money back. Because it will be a tutorial for new users and others to do when any mistakes happen like happened with you.

I dont think it is refundable. But if you have send a message to the owners then let us know about the process happened if you got the money back. Because it will be a tutorial for new users and others to do when any mistakes happen like happened with you.

Nah i don't think so, it was sent by a mistake, that may also happen to us when your mind is the only one active while your body can no longer handle. After you have sent your email at support there would be 2 possible answers, its either they consider your mistake or it wouldn't be. Well just try to be positive and contact their support then explain your side.

you are correct sir. since it was in the escrow then i the team has no access to the address. i think he should pm the team and tell them what really happened. by then, i believe the team will coordinate with the escrow and they may talk with regards this matter. he better pm them here or in their slack so they can attend to to him right away.

I have made really good gains in other alts so nothing lost.

It is not possible for them to refund your tokens once you deposit them because once they do that it will create a big mess and it will complicate things,you have to be extra careful while sending funds and since it is mainly your mistake consider this as your learning experience  ,the only thing you can do is curse you fate  On a positive note you forwarded the coins as an invesment and not to individual user,so dont worry you will profit in the long run.

Actually if you are quite confident with this project, why just buy a little token, if you can add more the better, it will help the project more successful when big investment will be generated.

It will. Just believe in it. now I have some spare spare money I will also be sending some dollars to getmy own share of token and I'm also hoping that this will be a good investment because this is the very first  investment in altcoin that I'm putting.
