There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

this Kongcoin is Finished , the rate was so low. I have 100 kong in my wallet but I keep it to remembering something important. there was to bad to see this coin I hope someone to take back this project and come it alive once again

If the price is very low, what you have is not so valuable for you to sell it, but I really agree with you, better wait and keep it until the price becomes high, Who knows 100 kongcoin you have will be very valuable for the future.
