Since you are just starting I would suggest you to stop the lottery idea because you see there are a lot of lottery sites which are not even able to get 100 bets a day. I would suggest you make a virtual sports betting game like darts where the results are provably fair but the excitement gets created because of the darts been thrown or maybe horse racing as its much easier I believe to develop for you.

I think this game we still consider is just like the same as dice game..

This is quite a good tips to start up your gaming site.  Many people fail to acknowledge this criteria and failed miserably.  I think you are well knowledgeable in coding since you have stated it in full confidence.  You should have a very good marketing strategy and unique scheme so people will be curious in your site.  After all, it is the site that have most unique Idea that will cater more people and play in it.

The later one is a good idea because the lottery is not that much interesting and the second planning is much interesting and everyone will spend a good time to play the game to get entertained.

If I may choose then I will choose space game, not a lot of people is interesting with lottery, because they keep on questioning how the draw will be provably fair and clean from cheating, making game will bring attract more player, but you need to make it more attractive because game like this can't survive for a long time

If this is an RPG games the same as other people already made a game like dragon tales it can be interested game the same as the dragon tale.. which is many people are also addicted before but now you can see almost few users are playing inside the dragon tale..

Lottery won't work for sure, unless you put millions of US Dollars in advertising. Without a proper advertising people would only take part in a lottery if it's absolutely free. People won't pay $0.02 to participate in an unknown lottery, let alone $2.

And, I'm sorry I don't want to be a d*ck here, but IMO "a new Space game" would look lame compared to existing ones. Not because you don't know how to make it, but because you don't have millions of USD to make the game look good.

If you are really good in creating games with HASH SUM verification you can find a well-paid job, but I wouldn't advise to compete with established gambling sites.

Yes, I have the main idea (not in details), and something the game will be look like.

How will the "junk extraction" work? Will you have a base chance to earn some coins that you'll be able to increase by investing more into your ship?
Will all the upgrades be purchasable through Bitcoin in the "more spent - more received" fashion or will you give a players the ability to compete with each other without spending a lot of their own money.
I'm asking because I've noticed 2 visible trends in online gaming.
Type 1 allows you to gain power by playing a lot and the more you play the more you earn. If you don't have time to play but want to keep competing you can buy upgrades for cash.
Type 2 is a typical pay to play, where everything is purchasable and players who decide to pay are unbeatable and plow through the rest.

If i were you dont bother to create the lottery since it would not really be appealing to the public and there are lots of people already made it to make lottery but all end up on nothing since no people would tend to play the game the prize was decent enough since its a brand new car but shipment will be a big problem because the winner might live on far country located.

It would be fine if you would continue on developing that spaceship/craft type of game which sounds very interesting.Its unique and not been still seen on the market it might have the potential to caught many players.

The lottery is boring! There are so many sites on the Internet, and they are not very popular. No matter what the prize. The game is more interesting. In addition, the game will allow you to win less but more often. It is always more preferable and chances to win more.

Yeah, but I think that it won't be a problem if OP do have connections and have his own cargo ship or plane for this transport of the price that you were saying here, and the other choice that OP could make is instead that he is going to set some material prices, why not use bitcoin instead, right? Since we are talking about lottery here.

Why not set an amount of bitcoin like the amount of the material things that you are going to buy like a car, because players would like that because they are free to buy whatever they want on the money that they are going to win.

I think much better do a gambling site like dice, poker,or an casino because many onliners now are want to play in gambling site. But that is only my opinion. Because i think many people here in bitcointalk are they love gambling.

I think the Space Game would be more popular than the lottery game, though the price for the lottery game is actually very interesting. But there are a lot of players from different countries too, so I doubt they would really expect to win the grand price. As for the Space game, the gamblers don't just gamble but they get to have fun and profit from the game.

Winning a physical item will be bad for a lot of of people because they won't want to give out their address online. I know I wouldn't want to. If you go the lottery route, which I'd love to see a successful lottery, I'd suggest you make sure that you have digital prizes as well. A bitcoin or altcoin prize would attract a big audience. can you add skilled game like, 1024 or some sort of tetris, or again dama/chess anything like that with a good prize pool, and not a high entry prize? would be wonderful to have something not always based on pure luck

Then it's time now for some preparations and work to launched the beta version. We can't really appreciate the plans and roadmaps once we can't see the actual plays.

Hire some beta testers (something like 2 experienced and 3 newbies) like I mentioned above to specifically pointed what needs to be done and some suggestion/s. Of course the beta version must only be played obviously by those beta testers first before releasing it full to the public. You can consider me on this as Im a experienced game beta tester especially on private server online games.
