All PayPal transactions can be reversed,the way I get round it is by posting a paper wallet signed for even then it's risky.Best way is skrill it can't be reversed

Do not mislead people, skrill also reversible!
I am not in the habit of mis-leading people,you tell me where it can be reversed under what conditions.Skrill has a 2fa so nearly impossible to hack,we mean just a scammer asking for his money back
