IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

Great news everyone! I consider that BURST platform is not longer a suitable platform for us due to the numerous events that occured along its lifetime(manipulation, fundamental code flawed, buggy wallets,etc.) and I have decided to transfer and at the same time rebrand BURSTOCEAN into the BitShares platform which offers us a lot more flexibility and functionalities.

The new asset name is OCEANX and from today I'm organising a SWAP procedure which will take 30 DAYS!
RATIO: 100:1  This means that for each 100 BURSTOCEAN you own you will receive 1 OCEANX.

THE PROCEDURE

Starting today 29th January and until 28th February, BurstOcean holders should send their assets to the following account: BURST-HP7D-PER2-2DGS-8SZM5 with a message attached to it mentioning their BITSHARES account where they want to receive their OCEANX assets.

After this period is over I will no longer offer any swaps.

OCEANX FUTURE

A new era is starting for OCEANX shareholders and supporters! From now on we will NO LONGER DISTRIBUTE DIVIDENDS. All the profits from our resources backing the asset will be CAPITALISED. Which means that as our money in our "VAULT" INCREASES, that GROWTH will be reflected on the asset price through market-making. The profits will be kept in BTC on a secure wallet. At the moment OCEANX is only backed by GPU mining,but as we grow more PROFIT STREAMS will be added.

  Good observation, @cesmak! I've edited the post. I guess I am just too busy these days to even look at the calendar..

On a more serious note the SWAP PROCEDURE has ended! We had only around ~30% of the total burstocean assets swapped and that is great for interested investors. As they just 3x their oceanx assets value.

As promised I am starting market-making on OCEANX. You can see I put up a small buy order already. The mining profits for February should arrive in a few days. Happy trading!

Also I'm looking forward to start a new thread for OCEANX in the following weeks. Stay tuned!

Updates coming soon. Just need to wait for the electricity fees and add the profit to the OCEANX wallet. We're not probably going to grow very fast but at least we're gonna grow at a steady,but sure pace.

Are you sure you're posting in the right thread? I've never stated that Elon Musk supports this project. LOL The ICO already took place like a year and a half ago..

UPDATE

I have added the profits from the first 5 months of 2018 GPU mining. I must say it hasn't been a fruitful period for mining. In some months the electricity fees were higher then the production so we hardly got a bit of profit at the end of May.

Anyway we are moving forward. Market-making is in place on the exchange. Please be aware that at the moment you SHOULD ONLY TRADE on https://wallet.bitshares.org/#/market/OCEANX_OPEN.BTC due to security reasons. I am sorry but there is no way I can credit you anymore. Not because I am mean or something like that. lol But it wouldn't be fair for the other token holders who did participate in the swap procedure. You had a 1 month window to take part in the swap so there is no excuse.

Well, there is an excuse b/c how would one know about the swap unless they happened upon this thread? There was no announcement elsewhere. You could open it back up for another month for any more stragglers who happen upon this information.

If you are a responsible investor and you care about your money you should at least check your businesses once in a while. I left the swap procedure opened for a whole month and I posted several call-to-actions so you guys can swap your assets. Again, I'm sorry but I cannot do anything.

A month is not much time at all (then again, I will give you some credit for at least offering this swap). Your attitude and insult is also not appreciated. It can get hard to remember every investment on a daily basis let alone weekly or even monthly. Glad to see how you treat your supporters though. Thank you.

It's been a long time... I just found my brain key and login into open ledger. I found my swap token OCEANX and put an order in open ledger site... is it safe to trade there now because I found your next post suggesting to trade at wallet.bitshare.org... and btw what is your future plan for OCEANX... Thanks
