The question of buying to wait or sell, always arose from the fact that some are afraid of losing And others risk finding and increasing their fortunes. It is easier to be a trader on the stock exchange and to follow the fluctuation of the course of the crypto currency, and then it will be easier to make decisions.

Although investments as a whole is a risky business but long term investment with bitcoin is relatively safe. For example the value of bitcoin was $4 in 2011.Iit rose up to $700 in 2014 and right now it is valued upto $2600+. Thus it makes the point clear that bitcoin is ideal for long term investments. "Wait" would be most recommended for bitcoin investments for always.

you should wait until the bitcoin fork ends, I think it will start this August 1 after that, the value of BTC will rise higher or it doubles the value from 2000$ to 4000$, and now I'm doing my best to have stocks for myself , then wait till the bitcoin fork ends , then it ill double my BTC, and I hope that news is true.

I suggest you HODL it unless you really need to money. You might want to wait atleast $10k per bitcoin Better trade into altcoins to gain more bitcoins. I am currently holding my bitcoin since 2015 and will be holding it as long as i don't need money. If you believe in bitcoin just keep on HODL. The future of bitcoin is yet to come.

I will sell if I badly needed the money, for emergencies like accident, sickness and other urgent financial needs, that's automatic
If there's none then i will save my coins as the bitcoins price continue's to rise and pump up.

I think you should wait a bit longer. Patience is required, mate. If you want to gain more profits, you should wait until bitcoin price increases, and when it does, sell. You will get much money. But if you are more patient, you should wait and save more bitcoin. Imagine if you have 3 bitcoins. Later on, you will will be drowned in money. That's what I would do if I were in your shoe.

That is what we need to do when we are making decision about our bitcoins, determine if we need that money to spend it on emergency or really necessary things or just to buy things we want or to flex to others. Bitcoin is a good investment and we should not waste it, we need to be smart in every decision that we made to be able to reach to the point where we are already rich.

I think short term(within the next 3 to 6 months)that everyone should sell at least half of their bitcoin and put the other half in fiat and wait.

I think we are about to get into some volatility. I see warning signs and the price has not gone back to around 3,000 so the confidence of the August 1st update is not there. If the confidence was there the price would go back to 3,000 or even an little higher.

The fact that it went to 3,000 and down to 2,100, rebound to about 2,750 downt to 2160 something and now today it is back to around 2,600. Seems like 2,600 will be the high for awhile or maybe a little above.

I am likely going to sell most of it today/tomorrow and wait until i see what happens with august 1st.

How do you even know when it is stable and not anymore going to move back down or go up?

No one has really predicted bitcoin prices perfectly to the point that they know when to sell or when to wait. Due to volatility of its prices, we can't really predict for now how it will react to every news coming out.

No, selling bitcoins today is isn't silly at all. What if you had enough and you are good to go with the profit you can take with the current price? I'm sure that you will be doing this too in the future. Profit taking is just normal in bitcoin, you'll sell at peak and eventually you'll buy when the price get's lower.

well to me I am I think currently I do not have any need for my bitcoin. therefore I am not selling it, I am not thinking about the lose or win but I think that if I feel the need to use my bitcoin I will withdraw bitcoin at that time at any price and therefore I am not goin to sell my bitcoin but will wait for some more price and hope that at that time bitcoin price will reach to a maximum price.

You are right that right now we ave to hold our bitcoins no matter that how much is it. If a person do not have much amount of bitcoin then they also have to keep for the future and have to wait for the profit and if a person have high amount then they also have to wait for the better time.
