Does anyone know any legit site were i can buy gift cards for amazon.co.uk and Nike(Europe cards).

I have tried gyft,paxful,egifter but it's only for US, not for Europe.

Try localbitcoins.com - you will see list of those you can exchange your gift card for bitcoin with. Make sure they have a rating though.

and/or if said platform supports Escrow
