Well it's a two way road  here. Chelsea  are ready. It is just that he has his sights on Barcelona since before Chelsea started bidding for him. But unfortunately Barcelona we’re not financially buoyant then to bid for him. There’s  something called a "gentleman's agreement". Especially when you've served a particular club, giving your all.
