I strongly feel that Chelsea board members are out there trying to tarnish Lampard reputation, and he didn’t deserve this sack how long he lasts.

It was a well deserved sack I'm a Chelsea and Lampard is one of my favourite Legend but he was given a fair chance just like the other sacked managers too; he was heavily backed up by the board more than any formal managers, do you know what it means to have a bad run of 8 games? A team that was at the top of the table Dec 3 found themselves in mid table? he had the worst winning ratio and the players were getting used up no improvement. Well deserved and Tuchel is the man.

I think Lampard have learn more and become assistance first before get position with head coach, look like Zidane beginning with junior level team more than one or two years, then he was be assistance for Ancelotti before become head coach for Real Madrid, I think Lampard still not have more experience how to be best coach right now, maybe he need more learning with best coach like Mourinho and Pep Guardiola, but so far Lampard keep become awesome coach.

I think will be awesome midfielder for Sevilla because they Ivan Rakitic before and Gomez make completed Sevilla midfielder, I think become wonderful composition player Sevilla right now Jesus Navas, Hadadi and become hard for Barcelona, Atletico and Madrid.

Yep, he is a proper manager for Chelsea. But we must remember that many managers have big difficulties when they handle the Chelsea team. I don't know what's happening. Maybe the managers are expected to bring the big changes to the club instantly. While it makes a big pressure for them.

League position is not determined by how big you are or how large your history is as a football neither by the quality of players, it's determined and positioned on how well you performmed, how coordinated you are and the amount of work rate put into play. Agreed, but the problem is who to go for? I am sure we don't have the money to go for a starter, that's close to 50 mil euros. If we go for a rotation option, we have a bigger problem during the summer - we have VVD as a starter for next season and again 3 options we're not quite sure about for long term (Gomez is prone to mistakes, Matip's body is 75 years old and the new stop-gap would simply lack quality. So, to buy in the summer (which I'm sure we'll try to do), you'd have to get rid of one of these.

We are really, really unlucky with injuries there and the form of Rhys Williams did not help at all. He looked decent in the first few games, he's been horrible since. I really don't know what's the solution.

At this stage a short term deal, possibly a loan for any senior top level CB is better than our current options. If we continue playing Rhys Williams & Phillips in PL games we are going to miss top 4. Alaba is great but I think that’s a deal that would happen in the summer, we need somebody now. Arsenal have just released Sokratis, why couldn’t we sign him on a 6 month deal? FSG are playing with fire by not giving Klopp the money for a CB.
