This is an excellent choice for Juventus at this moment, because with all due respect to Pirlo or Ivan Tudor, they were not top coaches, but Spalletti was, and he proved it long ago with Roma, Zenit and Napoli.
Of course, everyone has failures and Spalletti may also fail as head coach, but the chances of him succeeding are much higher than those who came before him, such as Thiago Motta, Ivan Tudor, or Pirlo.

Osimhen is a top striker but there must be a reason why none of the elite clubs go for him. He must be a bit of a problem off the pitch or something because if he was really professional then surely he wouldn’t be at Galatasaray, with all respect to them.

It looks like Yıldız is in talks with Juventus to extend his contract from 2027 to 2030, with an important wage increase, and the player loves Juventus because he's idol is Alessandro Del Piero. I've seen how tough it tends to be for some coaches who got signed into a club post season, indeed it can be very challenging especially when the players they have to work with doesn't suit the coaches standards or are not giving their best to adapt into a new style, it can be very frustrating for coaches in such situation, which is why I won't judge Spaletti if he fails to bring the quick fix Juventus need.

I think Juventus only have a purpose to save them from losing more match and they've target a long term candidate to be their coach if Spalleti failed to bring Juventus to meet their expectation in this season.

Juventus is like Manchester United, they have money and they can't maximize it, also hard to find their problem, either the coach or the player. They tried to sign a good quality coach and player, but their performance aren't able to fight against Inter and other top Italian teams.
