I came across an interesting tweet that showed a list of players who were happy and unhappy with Xabi Alonso. I don't know if it's true or not, but it makes sense Vinicius is obvious, Rodrygo is also not getting minutes and Endrick is even worse not getting a chance. Give us your thoughts on this, maybe we can share a bit about what's really going on behind the scenes on this hot issue. Because lately the news I find is always about player and coach feuds.
Which camp is Perez worth defending?

I guess it's all true. Vini is not satisfied with Xabi. It's showed by how his contract extension is still stalled due to his relationship with Xabi. As for Rodrygo, he's so damn lack of minutes under Xabi, it's normal he never liked him. The rest are just having similar problems as Vini and Rodrygo. So that list actually makes sense.

Whether the list is accurate or not, any player who wants to contribute to Real Madrid, even if it means playing a limited amount of time, should strive to make the most of this opportunity. Real Madrid is a big club and has the power to replace every player with a better one. The manager has a distinct approach to the game and strives to convey and implement this approach to his players. The players need to support the manager.

If the manager strives to contribute to the team, the players should also strive to bring the team to its best.

Operation Paz is on for Real Madrid!

He has been showing amazing performances at Como so far. 9 goal contribution in 12 league games already. After seeing the development of him maybe especially Xabi Alonso wanted him back.

Real Madrid even has a really smart buy-back clause on him like only 9 million euros. That's crazy for a player whose market value is 55 million now.  Cheesy  A great deal it will be for Real Madrid as a result.
I'm not surprised that Real Madrid are on to him and wants to make the happen as soon as possible because if they don't other teams will join the race and could make them miss out on him.

His performance has been top notch recently, the way he plays has definitely caught the eyes of several teams and I heard Chelsea also have shown interest in him. He will be a good addition to Xabi Alonso's squad but the problem will be a guaranteed playing time. With the quality of players at Real Madrid I am not sure if he will have much playing time. If he adapts fast and the manager likes he might get to play games and prove himself but I still feel he won't have much playing time at the club.

Every player wants to play for the biggest teams and Real Madrid is one of the biggest in the game so moving their is a huge deal for him but sometimes as a young player having playing time is what matters.

it will be a big loss for Como, but big teams always hunt the gem..... Honestly, the addition of Operation Paz will such nice move because Real Madrid already know the player capacity and from all above this now his goal scoring ability is absolutely phenomenal which I think is too impressive for Xabi Alonso and that's why he wants him in Hala Madrid jersey again..... Wait they will buy him back on 9 million despite his current price tag at Market is 55 million. No way, this is crazy. Perez is a genius all the time he just did unbelievable deals.

Besides that, one thing which I came to my mind is, "Why does Xabi Alonso want him back although he already has many attackers". But ultimately now I realize that Xabi Alonso is switching his tactics to queer counter attacking run and in this tactics mode he will need those players who have better finishing ability.
Nico Paz Spain born Argentinian player, currently hits media about his possible move to Real Madrid where he stays 1 year with 4 games and no goal, but his transfer to Como brings good change. Now he is key player for them with 11 goals in 47 games. It's going to be not easy for Xabi Alonso to bring him. Como is also trying his best for staying in good form. Currently they are 6th in league table. Cesc Fàbregas is also giving his best along with management for making their club into top ranks, just because of this it's going to be not an easy transfer.

Cesc Fabregas will miss this young player. Nico Paz has contributed greatly to the success of Como, so the club might find it difficult to get a quick replacement. I wonder why Xabi Alonso will want the Argentine player back when he is finding it difficult to feature all the players at his disposal. Is the coach preparing for the departure of Rodrygo or Vinicius Junior?
If Nico Paz departs Como in the January transfer window to join Real Madrid, Cesc Fabregas will surely miss Nico Paz because he has contributed to the success of Como this season. Xabi Alonso isn't finding it difficult to feature all the players at his disposal. Just know that any player who's not a first team football at Real Madrid doesn't fit into Xabi Alonso style of play.

Yes I have also seen this. It is like I see it on every source I look at recently. It really looks like more than a speculation. This is really bad for the chemistry of the team above all.

I wonder what's they don't they like about Xabi Alonso's ways specifically. He has already proven his quality with doing amazing works with Leverkusen.

I think he should be backed by Florentino Perez definitely.

Nico Paz doing exceptionally brilliant in Como and coming to Real Madrid is a dream come true. On the records, Xabi Alonso will keep recruiting new players to the club. He's best known to bring in solid players with outstanding performance. There's no way he would settle for lesser outcome. Nico Paz is a talent that everyone would want to see proper in every club he plays for and right now, he's been scouted by one of the best club in Europe. When Real Madrid are involved in a player, none of these teams can come close because it's priority for the club to win.

Do the managers really have that much influence compared to the club? I think it’s an unfair assumption to say that players rejected Manchester United’s offer because Ruben Amorim lacks “a certain level of pedigree”. Every player wants to play for Real Madrid regards of who the manager may be. The players know that they have a high chance of winning the UCL, and domestic league at the club. It is the belief that drives players to join the club.
Actually players don't get attracted to clubs because there's a particular coach available in the team but a player could be attracted due to the club's history, there are so many players who dream of playing for certain clubs right from their childhood as a result of the club has done in the past which may have inspired them, for example, Real Madrid's rich champions league history, Barcelona's invincibility in 2009 and Arsenal's unbeaten run can make any player want to sign for either of these teams.

When a new manager joins a club not everyone will be satisfied with his decisions, there is no way he can please anyone and so it is easy for players who are not performing well and fitting into his new system to not like the manager and obviously those who lack minutes will easily hate on him as well so this isn't new at all.

Take Chelsea as an example, a lot of players were not happy with Maresca due to some decisions he made but you can't please everyone. If you want to please everyone as a coach then you are likely to fail. Because some players weren't happy with Maresca doesn't mean he should change for them, if he had done so he wouldn't be where he is today. The same goes for Xabi Alonso, he must do want needs to be done for him to succeed so anyone not happy with his decisions should either leave or be benched.

Rodrygo and Endrick were told they are not part of the plans so they have themselves to blame for this. They are not even supposed to be complaining about it.

Lol, it's funny, I wonder the 2 players you are actually talking about because more than 2 players rejected Manchester United, that's why I said previously, it takes a coach with a certain level of pedigree to convince almost any player to join his team even though they are not in the champions league football. These 2 players you're talking about wouldn't have rejected Manchester United if the coach incharge was someone with pedigree. They might not regret anything because even the Manchester United itself is in shambles.

Some laughable post on here. Newcastle United got rejected severally by the players they want and these same players moved to Manchester United a club absent in the Champions League competition. I see comments like this and burst out laughing. I don't blame such comments, I just blame the glazers for being greedy with the clubs profits. Because, if they had invested back into the club, we'd have been thriving more than we're currently doing. The only player to say no to Manchester United was Viktor Gyökeres finally. Don't you ever get it twisted for what it is not.

It is very obvious that Vini Jr is the leader of the players that are not happy with Xabi Alonso because he has demonstrated on the field many times. Rodrygo won't be happy because he is not playing regularly. But my question to those players is this why continue to stay in a club that you are not happy? Real Madrid is not the only club in Europe they should look elsewhere and find happiness there. The coach can't favour everyone that's just the truth. Unfortunately for them Xabi Alonso is doing well and he's Spanish so Perez won't even bother looking at the aggrieved players.

For me there are no doubts. If I were Perez I wouldn't think twice about selling players like Vinicius, who is asking a ridiculous amount of money to renew his contract, and Rodrygo, which is clearly not good enough for Real Madrid. I'm sorry to see Valverde in that list, he is a great player. Endrick should go somewhere on loan to play regularly so we'll see his real potential.

Bringing back Nico Paz is good but will he have a chance to play like he use to play in Como, Real Madrid have many midfielders in the squad and the midfield is one of the positions Real Madrid has currently, Real Madrid has, Tchoumeni, Camavinga, Valverde, Arda Guler and Ceballos as a midfielder and bringing back Nico Paz will be something that will make some players do not have a playing time, Real Madrid need a midfielder that will control the midfield, not a midfielder that can score goals.

Nico Paz is good and he is a Real Madrid academy player, bringing him back will be good but if only, Ceballos leave Real Madrid or any player leave the team, Real Madrid is trying to build a team of a young players and they did not think about having a player who can change the game for the team when playing any top teams, and with the way Real Madrid team is going, there are some players that will leave the team because some players did not like Xabi Alonso and no player is bigger than a team to make the team fired Alonso.

Nico Paz has had a brilliant performance at Como, where he has scored 5 goals and 4 assists, so it's no surprise that Real Madrid would want to bring him back, as Madrid has a buyback clause option for him. But I agree with you, someone has to go first because with so many midfielders there will be many who will not get playing time, and it could be that Nico Paz will be in that position. I think Ceballos will most likely leave because he was actually going to leave Madrid before the season started, but the plan failed because he was hampered by the large salary he asked for. His performances have been subdued recently, so it looks like he will be forced out next season.

A change of manager always triggers different reactions from each player, and I think this is quite natural and not something that happens only in the Real Madrid locker room. Since all Real Madrid players are stars, their reactions often attract a lot of attention. Every manager naturally has players they prefer for certain reasons, and the same goes for the players themselves.

Xabi Alonso is faced with the reality that it is not easy to manage the egos of his players, let alone ensure they are all happy. If Vinicius, Rodrygo, Valverde, Mendy, and several other players are unhappy with Xabi Alonso, it could clearly set Real Madrid back. Perez certainly would not allow such a setback to happen, he could easily fire the manager or let go of players considered too egotistical.

I agree with you about selling some players without hesitation because Real Madrid is not impressive as it used to be and getting other good players instead of players who are hyping themselves will make the squad more focusing on their gameplay rather than yelling and protesting when they get out of the field and not participating regularly.
I don't think Xabi Alonso is intentionally letting some players out of the pitch. They aren't fitting their strategy and they failed to prove themselves for him. They should try to adapt and they will get more time to play.

I disagree with this assertion, vinicius junior normally has regular time of play so don't see why he shouldn't be happy, but this cannot be said about other players on that list, this is because there has been no space yet, this is not Alonso's fault, it was a situation he came to meet. If Alonso didn't have plans for Rodrygo, he would have allowed him to go during the transfer window, but yet they didn't, this is because they still have plans for him, but the space is not just there, except in the long run.

Totally can understand about Vini but Rodrygo is just trash in Xabi's strategy. Considering that Xabi could play a player like Guler upfront, there is really no reason for him to pick Rodrygo though. Pretty sure that there will be alot of top teams lining up in the winter transfer for him but honestly I dont see Real Madrid releasing Vini anytime soon.

Yeah Mbappe is pretty good and wont be replaced but he cant keep on playing all those games so Vini could come in handy sometimes

This tension can also affect the relationships between players over time. The technical staff must meet the psychological and mental needs of the players as well as their physical requirements. Their job is really tough. They don't just deal with soccer. They also have to manage a lot of drama. Real Madrid is currently leading La Liga and is in a close race with Barcelona. They have won 4 and lost 1 of their 5 Champions League matches. Their sporting success may overshadow many problems, but at the first sign of trouble, they all come to the surface...

In my opinion, Real Madrid indeed have no intention of letting Vinicius go, it seems that this will remain nothing more than speculation, regardless of the current situation. But unlike Rodrygo, with his inconsistent performance, Real Madrid management may be open to any offers that come in, and Xabi Alonso might not stand in the way of his departure.

Vinicius is a key player who can make a difference, and I’m sure Xabi Alonso will continue to rely on him in the upcoming matches. As long as Real Madrid do not find a player close to his quality, I don’t think they will let him go. Mbappe needs a partner like Vinicius, who is not only good at scoring goals but can also create many chances.

Rodrygo and Vinicius are on the list of players unwanted by Xabi Alonso; they are not part of Alonso's project. Especially Vinicius, who often argues with Alonso. Just set the price according to the market, and they will surely be sold. Recently, many media outlets have reported fights in the locker room between Xabi Alonso and Vinicius regarding whether Vinicius should be substituted or included in the starting lineup.

I think in an era of where fake news can actually be fabricated easily it will be very important that this kind of news are actually backed by source of the news as to confirm it’s geniuity. This particular news doesn’t actually holds any iota of Truth because we haven’t seen any news of Xabi Alonso and Vinicius actually fighting, they have never had a face off directly before with all of Vinicius tantrums. So seeing here that they had locker room fights is simply surprising.

More so Alonso never says he doesn’t want Vinicius jr just that not every player can actually start all games there are some who would definitely be dropped to bench to accommodate others but Vinicius isn’t obsessed about playing always but why the likes of Mbappe is also not dropped from the starting line up too
