Recently, Roma's director reported had meeting with MU and Zirkzee's agent to discuss about Zirkzee's potential transfer. The fact is that MU is willing to cash out him for 35m, while Roma can't afford that. So Roma is demanding 6m++ loan fees to bring him to the Olimpico.
If i were MU's director, i'd reject such offer caused by the main target is to sell him, not to loan him. Yeah the report says Roma wants loan + obligation, but they have to learnt from what happened to the Sancho.

Obligation can be exchange to the penalty fees when Roma change their mind after the loan period. So it's not good for MU.
While a loan might seem logical at first, I think Manchester United should include a mandatory purchase option in the contract if they loan him to Roma. Because Roma could buy him and then send him back if they don't like him, resulting in no benefit for Manchester United. I want to criticize Manchester United's transfer policy here. Whoever is behind these transfers, I don't think they've gotten the full value out of any of them in recent years. Only Mbeumo has shown promise this year. Almost all the other players have gone on loan to other teams or been sold. I think Manchester United still hasn't shown its quality.
I've also talked about obligation to buy is not giving MU strong position to cash out Zirkzee. Don't you forget their case with Sancho and Chelsea? They have put obligation to buy in the Sancho's loan contract. Yet, Chelsea returned Sancho + penalty caused by blues were not interesting in permanent him.
So in this case, selling him is the best when they need money. However, i know priced Zirkzee 35m pound makes no sense considering they also bought him at almost the same rate. So, if they can lower it a bit, they may able to seal a trade for Zirkzee with Roma.
I think it will be a good move for Joshua Zirkzee, because he really needs to have game time now, because when you look at what he is doing at Manchester United he doesn’t have much playing time, and it’s a World Cup year next year which means he will need more game time, but I think right now that Mbeumo have gone to the African Cup of Nations it will give him a different opportunity for more game time, but moving to AS Roma is going to be more good and beneficial for his career than staying at Manchester United on the bench, I think a permanent move will be more better for him because staying at Manchester United without game time wouldn’t be very good at all for his career.
If Zirkzee wants to appear in the World Cup, Zirkzee must leave Manchester United and choose a club that can give him plenty of playing time. If he stays at Manchester United, Zirkzee will not get enough playing time even though Bryan Mbeumo and Amad are currently buying their respective national teams in the African Cup of Nations, it is not necessarily a good opportunity for Zirkzee to perform well and get a main place because when Mbeumo and Amad return from the African Cup of Nations, Zirkzee will again be a substitute because Zirkzee is not Amorim's first choice. Zirkzee must decide his future soon to get a chance to appear in the World Cup.

What I mean by resolved is that for now, Vinicius has chosen to make peace with Xabi and put his contract dispute on hold pending confirmation from the club. Perhaps things could change if he plays better, but that's assuming Vinicius is trying to prove he's worth keeping. Regardless six months means there's plenty of time for him to improve, and it's possible Vinicius will sign a contract in the next six months. Therefore for now he chooses to focus on his game.

Florentino Perez stepped in directly to reconcile Vinicius during his tension with Xabi Alonso because he believes that if this continues, it could affect the team's overall performance.
I read the news online today, and Real Madrid claims to have reached an agreement with Vinicius regarding his new contract, but Real Madrid hasn't made a public announcement yet, as they are still considering an announcement next week or month.
In the end we realized that Florentino Perez was the most influential figure in the club's success and he was always able to solve the problems that arose, such as how he brought in Mbappe which was full of drama at that time.

With the way Vinicius is performing currently, i don’t think Real Madrid will give him the kind of contract he wants, Real Madrid will only agree to his offer if he perform well, I know Perez well, he is a good president that love young players and he can do anything to make them happy but the kind of salary Vinicius wants the club to collecting in Real Madrid will be difficult to give him because of his performance since last season.

Vinicius will need to agree with what the club wants to offer him because he can not play at the top level since last season and with the way he is playing, it will be difficult for him to be able to play as the Vinicius we use to know and believe he is a Ballon Dior winner, if Vinicius can lower his ego and play with Mbape as a team they can dominate Europe.

This should be one of the biggest upgrades for football managers. Imagine people in Chelsea football club who do not believe in him but Manchester City thinks otherwise. Imagine him going from managing Garnacho and Delap to managing Erling Haaland and Jeremy Doku who are both decisively great players. He both worked with Pep Guardiola and I believe he's got what it take to be the Pep Guardiola long-term replacement. Manchester City are indeed doing their home work about who heads and manage the club. I think Enzo Maresca will grace the opportunity.
Pep Guardiola's contract expires in 2027 after he signed a contract extension in 2024, and it may be too early to talk about replacing Pep Guardiola at Manchester City. But things could change, and Pep Guardiola's departure could force Manchester City to find the right manager to replace him. If that happens, I'm sure Manchester City will strive to find the right replacement, as changing managers can often impact the team's overall performance, especially its ability to compete for titles. Enzo Maresca might be a good choice but I see many other coaches who might be much more ideal to manage Manchester City.

If you guys are wondering the main problem why Maresca often did 11 players rotation due to their management. The management is keen to give all players minutes to ensure their price won't be plunged. So it really affect squad stability, which is making his job getting harder.

I personally very happy to see my fav club to get Pep's regen. Imagine City gets Maresca, then Chelsea sign South Gate as per the latest rumor.  Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

Now that really explain my curiousity on why he seems to always use different lineup but yeah considering that his squad consist of all those young players I guess there is really no reason for him to stick with the same lineup. I probably would rotate as well because the youngsters might surprise me somehow, everyone are so determined to earn their spot on the lineup
Giving youngster minutes is good, but it's hard to create a winning team by doing rotation too often. So when the team is losing, many fans would put the blame on Maresca who being forced to do that by the management. It's such a disgusting situation for the manager  when all parties blamed him for the management fault.

In some situations, Mbappe also does not want to interact with Vinicius, he prefers to develop the attack on his own rather than pass the ball to him. Therefore, it can be said that their chemistry is still not at the best level. Today I also read that Jurgen Klopp is setting conditions if he becomes Real Madrid’s coach. First, he would only come in the summer during the offseason, and second, if he does come, he would most likely sell several players, including Vinicius, Guler, and Camavinga. At the same time, he wants to bring several players from Liverpool into the team. Quite high demands.
No one knows for sure whether this is the case or whether Mbappé simply doesn't pass the ball to Vinicius because he naturally sees opportunities to score, making the decision sometimes a bit more controversial. Overall, there may not be a strong chemistry yet, but I see the two of them engaging in a better relationship this season than in Mbappé's first season at Real Madrid.

Each coach may see the situation differently, such as the rumor of Jurgen Klopp's arrival as a replacement for Xabi Alonso, and it is certain that Jurgen Klopp will be more comfortable working with some players he already knows better, so the request to bring in some Liverpool players makes sense in my opinion, although sometimes when you see a number of players who want to be sold, it feels a bit excessive.

Mbappe is an opportunistic striker, so it is not surprising that he would choose to shoot rather than pass to his teammates because he saw an opportunity to score a goal. However, he is not an arrogant player, because if Vini is in a better position to score, I think Mbappe will be happy to provide the assist. In my opinion, Vini is more often reluctant to give passes than Mbappe. Besides, if Mbappe had chosen to take the shot, it could have changed the game, as he does have a more clinical finishing touch than Vini.

Every coach definitely has their own dream squad, so whoever becomes Real Madrid's coach will most likely make changes to the squad.

Can you guys guess what club that's gonna be Silva's next destination? Yeah, he's more than 40 years old, which make sense to think there will be only some clubs interesting in using his service. However, i've heard AC Milan wants him back. So i don't think it's bad call considering how good Silva is even after he turned 41 years old.

Honestly, this guy alone is far better compared to the all of AC Milan fullback in term of work rate on and off the ball. So i hope he goes back again to the rossoneri. I'd rather sign an old experience defender with cheap wages rather than betting on young, inexperienced, and high wage player.

Any comment on this?

Are you trying to say that there are no good defenders within the age bracket of (25- 30) that can handle the centre back position out there? I can't rely on a 41 years old man to handle my defence no matter how good he seems to be, cause I don't trust that he'll be very fit enough to handle the pressure in European football.
Even though AC Milan wants him back, they just need him for the experience and his stay over there would only be temporary, maybe for a season or so and I don't think they'll bench their defenders for a 41 years old, he'll be on the bench mostly and be used as a support to the center back position instead of a regular starter.

Although he is not young anymore but Thiago silva still performing well and when people have watching his performance with Fluminense on FIFA club world cup they were believe Silva still deserved to playing at europa clubs but the latest rumour i have heard is Chelsea is considering to bring him back this january and i think Chelsea is the right club for him although i am sure if this rumour happened Silva won't playing regularly but i think with his experience Silva can help Chelsea to reach their target

He's 41 years old and still wants to play in Serie A. Why not go to Saudi Arabia and collect a pension there? IMO, I don't think he has the legs to play in a highly competitive and intensive league like the Italian Serie A. I would have said it's money wrongly spent on AC Milan' part, but since it's a free transfer, I can't.

Also, it might be that AC Milan has plans to give him a management role in the future. We've seen it happen before. Where a club would bring back a legend, and after one season, they would give him a different role. Perhaps that might be the reason for the return.

I don't think Rashford will continue in Barcelona after the loans because Barcelona don't have enough money to sigh Rashford with a full contract and that will make him move to Manchester United and I think psg are interested of sighing Rashford it Barcelona didn't get the chance of sighing him next season. Amorim is building is team newly and I don't think they will like to keep Rashford they will sell him and and get huge profit with the player because is only PSG i think will buy Rashford with a good wages not like Barcelona that are struggling to buy players, Hansi Flick really need young players but is just because he doesn't have alot of funds to buy young players, because if you need key players you need to spend alot of money before getting them to your team.
Well, the best thing is that the player does well wherever he goes At Manchester United, I felt he was burning out, but when he went to Barcelona, he improved, and that shows the management of a good coach Now, if he goes to PSG with Luis Enrique, he'll unleash all his potential. I hope that's the case and he goes to PSG.

I'm not trying to say there is no good defender in the 25 -30 range, but look at Modric as an example, he's even a class above their all of young midfielders in Milan at his age. So bringing 41 years experienced old man ain't that bad considering they can get him for cheap, but will help them a lot.

Especially, Silva was actively playing as starter for Fluminense, he's also known Milan so well and Allegri wanted him. So it's something worthy to try.

If he gets a coaching license he might consider returning to Europe to manage a club. This is because I don't think any top club will accept bringing Thiago Silva to their club. He might have lots of experience but his strength might not be compatible with European football. His best destinations should be the Saudi Professional League or the Major League Soccer. However, nothing is impossible, if AC Milan finds him useful, he might move there. Since he is a free agent, they wouldn't spend so much on him.

AC Milan are considering Silva as a reinforcement for their defense, and for them it is nothing unusual to bring experienced players into the team. Even though Silva is now 41 years old, I think for Serie A this can still be acceptable if he plays one more season for them. However, everything will depend on the shape he is in and how resistant he is to injuries at the moment. If we recall Ibrahimovic, he was constantly injured at that age, but if we look at Modric, he is still playing well and injuries do not seem to bother him.

Mbape doesn't have to interact with him for him to be a successful winger. Mbape needs him more than he needs Mbape, his role is to support Mbape so get can achieve a common goal. When Vinicious was providing all the support for Benzema that time didn't you see the way the team was doing excellently, everything was good for the team, there was more interaction and the back line were doing their jobs equally without any stress but now things are not the same.

Although, we can't blame Vinicious for acting that way, there is nothing he didn't give Mbape last season but in return he was wasting those wonderful opportunities, things were difficult for Mbape, it was along the line he later adapted to the ways of Laliga and thankfully he had he highest goal and won the golden booth of the season. It's only this season he has not done well for the club, I guess it's due to the increment of salary that is been discussed at the moment.

Any comment on this?

I heard this rumor. He, along with Idzes, has become an option for Milan. I can't believe Milan would prefer him. He's an old man and is at the stage to retire. I think choosing him would only be for a short period. But indeed, Milan seems to have a habit of buying experienced older players. If I were them, of course I would choose Idzes. He's younger and has clear progress with Sassuolo. Although in terms of experience he is better, that would probably only make Milan good in the short term.

United could sell Zirzkee if they want to, it is just about how much they want for him, and for the time being they want to get as little cost as possible by selling him near what they paid for him but it's clear that nobody will do that.

Most of the time, the players they get are terrible and the result is not that good which is why I understand their fear of selling players for cheap, if they start doing that then it is not going to be good. But Cunha, Sesko, even the new ones do not look good that much. This is why I honestly think that they are not going to get the results they want by keeping the players and only loaning them up. I think they should seriously consider start selling these players for cheap one way or another.

Absolutely agreed. Zirkzee still young and he has talent. He got a chance to leave in the last summer, but reject it with the hope to defend his position, but this time, i'm feeling the better he leaves. He can dig more experience back at serie a, then coming back again to the EPL with better version.
Someone must tell him Salah's story about how he was a flop at Chelsea, then went to the Roma, and back again to the Liverpool.

It's the only sense way to improve his career, otherwise, he will stuck in the same place.

You can't tell if he will cope with EPL if he comes back. He better stay in Seria A if he is opportune to get a good deal over there. Zirkzee didn't meet up to my expectations because I thought he will perform better but he's finding it difficult to cope with the club game tactics. However, United wasn't helpful on improving players performance.

Right.... why am I not surprised to read this. Its always either AC Milan or Inter Milan that always takes in all those young veteran or should I say grandpa.

In case if you guys are wondering, AC milan has Modric (40), Pietro (35) and Rabiot (30). All three of them was signed this season so yeah it just feels weird if they are gonna sign another old player to fill in the squad. Yeah I understand he is a decent player but seriously they could afford younger players though
