After letting Coutinho go to Barcelona I am not sure Klopp would let another star striker leave the club when Liverpool are doing well in the Premier League and the Champions League. If Klopp wants to improve the team and keep the good results coming he must retain Salah at the club  

IMO, if Klopps wants to improve the squad for next year then the club needs to make an invesment and buy a few more quality players. If Liverpool receives a massive offer for Salah (let's say €150m), and the egyptian decides to leave, that's money that can help the club build a stronger team. But tbh, I doubt Salah would leave the club after a single year.


According to The Guardian, Man City is willing to pay 50m for the winger Wilfried Zaha (Crystal Palace) ^[1]. IMO, overrated player.

Overrated how?  Overpriced maybe...?  It's the market bloating the prices on transfers.  And since Pep really knows what he wants, he'd be willing to acquire a player at any cost.  He's lucky to have full support of the club behind him.  I don't think his transfer moves on Bravo and then getting Ederson a year later will fly with other clubs like Chelsea or United.

The price of Van Dijk issued by Liverpool is not overpriced. Van Dijk has a very good quality, one thing that makes Liverpool have to spend a lot of money is the transfer of Neymar, after Neymar transfers are unusually high, the market price of players will also rise, so Van Dijk price is the normal price.

^  It really depends on how the player performs after the fact.  If say Sadio Mane didn't perform well for his 35m GBP(?) price tag then LFC would have to sell him again for less, making him 'overpriced'.  But judging from his performance now, LFC could sell him for around 2.5 more than his buying price making him a 'bargain' when compared to the price they bought him.

There are rumours about Martial (Manchester United) going to Juventus in the next transfer window ¹. I don't think this would be the right move for him, Juventus is packed with forwards (Higuain, Dybala, Bernardeschi, Costa, Mandžukić, Cuadrado), in order for him to develop his potential he should be in a club (top club or second tier club) that can garantee him a place in the starting XI every week. In Juventus we'll most likely play every now and then.

I'll agree Pep will transform Zaha into a phenomenal player but don't you think 50 million is a bit high price or it's cheap in a inflatable transfer market.

It's true Mou and Pog has super agents but Mou and Pog have different agents. The recent attacks on Pep stem from the date of denying Zlatan champion league medal at behest of Messi.

Now Grizeman is not sure to move in his shadow I would say that's a wise move, and Ivan is poised to move for Manchester United.

Given how crazy the market is right now, I think it's cheap. He might some potential, he's fast, strong, 25yo so still young, I think under the right management he could become a great player....however, do you see any other team (top club or not) paying €50m for a player that was "discarded" by Manchester United a few years ago and is currently playing for Crystal Palace?

yes he should play in a better club with better teamates and should be guided by a better manager. He is actually good, but he plays in a club that often loses, so sometimes he does not have time to take out his skills. If there is a big club that wants his services, he should take it.

This should be considered, a certain player wont able to pull out his total potential if the club and team mates do have problems when it comes to performance. Your skills wont be utilized as well but if he would be transitioned into bigger club or do have offer then its not really bad to get that opportunity. Im seeing the market is way too crazy when it comes to prices.

Right, then. Do bookies still pay out if no one is sacked and season ends for those who backed Arsenal to be next manager to leave? I've said it time and again, that the team/players really let down a great footballing mind. The worst thing is that whoever takes over will probably get some of the best out of the team - new manager syndrome - and then they'll say "told you so". Media's all talking about his tarnished career but Wenger's still one of the very best out there for me. Good luck to him, perhaps at PSG. Maybe the French will welcome him back to their fold.

i think that Mourinho have Jorge Mendes as agant while Pogba have Raiola as his agent both of them are known for driving players fees sky rocket but i fell that Raiola is even more worse then Mendes as he is constantly trying to sell his players from team to another team so he could get percentage over the transfer fees between last january and this year january EPL teams alone spent  £211million on agents’ fees during the last two transfer windows and to be fare Zaha propably do not worth the 50M £ but the current market make him worth it after you see that Liverpool spent one time and halpf that amount over a defender surely prices will go much higher year after year the Ivorian player is wanted by two giants for now City and Tottenham so it wouldn't be a surprise if the price go higher if another team get's in like Chelsea or Arsenal.

Or with the right coach...  I think he can learn a thing or two with Pep.  I mean if Pep sees something in him then maybe just maybe he can be great.
