Serie A is clearly very different from the Premier League and if we mention Romelo Lukaku is not a suitable player in the Premier League it is really impossible because he was an important player at Everton. Indeed, Lukaku style of play is suitable for playing in the Italian Serie A.  In the Premier League the game is more challenging with the accumulation of fewer balls compared to Serie A. If this is a problem for Lukaku, maybe his choice of returning to Serie A is the right choice. Fabio Vieira had a pretty good performance last season, I think he's a pretty good player for his price.

I agree Vieira perform was really good as a central attacking midfielder, but sometime FC Porto place him on left midfielder, his perform was bad and not a good position for him. It's kind of gambling to buy Vieira while Arsenal already have good central attacking midfielder e.g. Martin Odegaard, honestly he was good to deliver an assist, but he just unlucky and make his stats not really good enough.

Arsenal is more needed to get a new center forward and left winger, not central attacking midfielder.

He is a weird one to decide on - he looked totally out of place in West Ham and then exploded in a much more technical team - although in a much weaker league. As a target-man, I expected the opposite.
I do think he will work well with Malen though - and will bring that physicality to the team that they lost by selling Haaland.

I think that in the end this is a transfer where all parties involved are happy now in the end and that's how it should be in my opinion. Mane did not really feel that he got the amount of appreciation that he deserved at Liverpool anymore. He was just as important as Mohamed Salah for their game but still there was no doubt that it was always Salah that was treated as the biggest start of the Liverpool team.
Bayern was looking for a transfer of a big player who could immediately help them to attack again for the Champions League title in the next season and Mane is probably one of the best candidates to do that.
I also think that Liverpool is happy now because they don't have to pay Mane's salary anymore and they already have signed Nunez for his replacement.
