It's a good news for Chelsea and it's fans. If it was me, I wound never have chosen Arsenal football club because Chelsea is a bigger club and would feature in the Champions league next season. It would be a great privilege for Raphael Dias Belloli to play under one of the best coach in the world; Thomas Tuchel. Although he would need to fight for first team place in Chelsea but with his form I am sure he would play consistently. His agent Luís de Souza is a Chelsea legend and would indeed facilitate Raphinha's transfer to his former club if the transfer fee is attractive.

I don’t think Arsenal prioritize Raphinha's deal. Summer priority was never a winger rather a Midfielder, a Striker and a left back. They’d completely lose out if they miss out their priorities. You have a more decent player in Bukayo Saka who already knows the system and he’s very young that plays the right wing more better than Raphinha, I just didn’t think Arsenal were ready to splash that heavy sum of €60M on him at 25. If Raphinha doesn't want to go to Arsenal it's not the end of the world. IMO Arsenal may strengthen the position later stage of transfer.
