Bringing koulibaily to the team was a good move, cause the blues was seriously in need of a strong defender that can easily replace the likes of rudiger in the team, and koulibaily was a good choice for the blues, cause he's a quality defender with alot of experience. It was a bold steps by the blues, cause they were seriously in need of a quality defender, and bringing in koulibaily will help strengthen the team defend next season.

For all the big star players we have been linked with this season, I think the only reasons we mightn't sign them is because of Thomas Tuchel. Todd Boehly gave him a big say in all the signing we'll be making this season unlike the days of Abramovich which he sees a players he like then ask Marina Granovskaia to go after them and that's how we landed ourselves with the flop called Lukaka sorry Lukaku which Thomas Tuchel didn't want from the beginning.

Tuchel has said that he doesn’t rule out signing a striker but it’s not the club’s priority for now. The defense is the priority since they lost some center backs and are on the verge of losing Caesar Azpilicueta and Marcos Alonso. So there’s more concern at the back that’s why Chelsea are now beginning to address the gap in the team. They have £225m to spend and they are going to spend it. The centre of defence is the area to invest in as it only has two members, Thiago Silva and Trevor Chalobah at the moment and now koulibaly. Look at what happened to Bale, he was a great player who just didn't wanted by his team and because he had a huge salary, he didn't get any playing time in order to be convinced of leaving, and he didn't because he wanted that money and couldn't get it anywhere else. In return, he wasn't played, and basically kept off the roster and now he is not a player he used to be and not wanted as much by other clubs neither.
