I'm not sure about that honestly, it's a tough question to answer. I assumed it like Manchester United wanted to put him at the centre of the midfield in their lineup. However there is another important information about him like he is a quite versatile player at the same time. In addition to his natural position (AM), he can play as central midfielder and left winger(or sometimes left midfielder) also.

This must be very valuable for Manchester United as they can try him in multiple positions and then decide upon one area to put him there mostly. He might need to take his time for a while to adapt to a new team maybe I don't know. But Manchester United would be lucky about that as he will have enough time before the season starts officially to adapt.

Barcelona seems to be pushing too hard, it's obvious that it's impossible to happen and even if Messi returns to Barcelona it will only be a "tool" for management to make a profit through it. If we look at Real Madrid's competitors, they have completely forgotten about Ronaldo and do not have the slightest hope that he will return to the Los Blancos squad.

With so many things they can do, such as regenerating some of their young players or even making long-term investments by bringing in some talented young players. To be honest, I'm not sure. but since after Messi's contract ends with PSG, he will become a free transfer player. and what is the problem is how the issue of salary, but rumors Messi is willing to reduce his salary. If Lionel Messi wanted to stay at PSG, he would have extended his contract by now. I think he will definitely leave the team at the end of the season. I get how English players are overrated and overpriced but I'll take Kane over Osimhen. Osimhen is good and young, but age is all he got on Harry Kane, nothing else. Kane is 29 now I think, meaning he still got like 4 years of top football to offer any club he goes to. If you use the age and sign Osimhen instead, what kind of contract will you give him? Let's assume it's a long-term contract of six years, how do you know he would be there for the whole contract period?
How do you even know he would be on top form for the long term? But in the case of Harry Kane, you know what he can do. He's just better, He can play, he can score, he can assist and he's a leader. Harry Kane would be the perfect fit for Manchester United.

To an extent he has a point, though Osimhen is younger but he is yet to prove himself in the EPL or any other major league or even at international level but Harry Kane has proven himself in EPL and at international level.
