Manchester city opt out of Declan Rice deal because they felt the player is overhyped and value increases doesn't match the performance of the player. Pep Guardiola already nailed his necessary needs this summer, he's not looking for midfielder, because he has already filled in the space of IIkay Gundogan, Kovacic is his immediate replacement. City will do extremely excellent next season. Turn to gunners, they're desperate to sign more players in the market and Declan Rice is their ultimate target this summer, Mikel Arteta needs to sealed the deal inother to get fully ready for next season.
