I have to agree with you that Osimhen really does have a poor agency, a player of his talent and even performance over the last two years shouldn’t be struggling to find a club like this, if he was under the management of top agents like Jorge Mendez I believe they would have found a way out. First of all the long term contract was for him to improve his earnings but the years added was definitely just too long for a player that was already having problem with the club tight before the extension. Even though Ilkay Gundongan is a good player, instead of releasing this player on a free transfer to Man City why don't they just sell him to another club or to a Saudi Arabian club? even though it can increase income and profits for Barcelona 

They can only sell him to Saudi clubs if they come looking for him or if another club comes knocking at the door. It also depends on the player willingness to join another club. How much are Barcelona going to sell him to another club considering his age. Even if Barca decides to sell him, they are still going to pay off his salary for the duration of his contract he had with them. I think Barcelona has considered all these things and they concluded that it's best to let him go for free if Ikay Gundogan is willing to let go of his salary. That's a good resolution for me. It's a win win situation for both parties. Barcelona got him for free and there is no need keeping a player that the coach has made it clear that he is not part of his plan. Gundogan is going to a place where he is respected and welcomed. Since both parties are happy with the deal, I don't think there much thing to stress here.

Well it's already happening, I believe that the transfer of Conor Gallagher to Atletico madrid will be concluded today, 21 august 2024 because the Joao Felix deal was formally conclude yesterday, so what is keeping Conor Gallagher deal uncompleted right now is just papper works, which i strongly believe that it's no longer a barrier in the completion of the deal, so hopefully it would be concluded today,
And lastly, I have really been impressed by the dealings of atletico madrid this summer transfer window, because they have practically spot all what they need and they went for them all, which to me, it was a total success.
