I knew Castro will be under pressure to perform this season most especially since when he lost the cup to Al Hilal this sack isn’t surprising to me although it is not only what is needed for Al Nasrr to get to the level oval Hilal or even beat them to any title, the team also needs to have more consistent and in terms of players I think they aren’t a match to the Al Hilal team, they seem to have experienced players on certainly each position and this has been helping them.

This is indeed a very strange handling of the situation. Maybe one reason was that De Rossi, after doing so well when he took over from Mourinho, messed up a little bit towards the end of the season when he was only able to gather 5 points out of the last 5 games. Otherwise he would have almost made it into the Champions League after Mourinho couldn't get the job done for Roma.

But now as you said, spending 90 million on transfers and then sack him after four games, what are they going to do next? At least De Rossi was someone the fans could identify with. De Rossi dismissal came as no surprise to me after what happened to Roma this season, De Rossi has failed to meet Roma expectations of qualifying for the Champions League at the end of last season but Roma are still willing to keep him as coach this season, because he just continued the squad left by Mourinho last season, but seeing what happened this season obviously made Roma start to lose patience because they have spent a lot money to support De Rossi in building the Roma squad, but in fact Roma only got 3 points from 4 matches, many of us previously thought De Rossi was able to bring Roma better than Mourinho but in fact he was not able to bring Roma better this season.
