Most players have idolized the team and they love it right from childhood the same way many players see Barcelona and want to join them even when they are not at the same level they used to be in the past.
Eze hasn't done much for Arsenal since he joined if not for today that he scored a Hat trick, the only difference is that they play in a team that is not struggling or under any pressure so they fit in to the squad easily. Mbuemo has been excellent since joining and among all he has been the brightest getting the goals and others are not playing badly either.

I agree that there are players who can idolize a club and not care about the current performance of the club but yet football has really changed a lot in recent years and if we are to check the last time that Manchester United were in their limelight in the Premier League you will agree with me that it's been a long time ago. I think that mikel arteta is aware that players with bigger transfers fee comes with his own added pressure, and if you look well adeyemi is more of the type of player arsenal needs than rodrygo because of how pacy he is, and in the English premier league, that would be really beneficial if he can be able to use it in good effects, so I think that arsenal needs adeyemi more than rodrygo since he is more of the type of player the arsenal team needs. I really don’t think that would be the solution to the problem, as a club I believe they want to give him some time, most especially the defense seems to be very bad, that defense needs to overhaul, I don’t really know what Van Dijk and Konate seems to be sleeping and they’re very sloppy, the defense can’t be conceding goals like that for fun, but it wouldn’t be necessary for the club to sack Arne Slot, because they still believe that he is the man that will take to forward so I believe they will give him till end of the season to turn things around.
