I really didn't see this end of era coming for Pep Guardiola at Manchester city and I would say that fans are not ready for the possible heart break that may follow. I am not convinced with Enzo Maresca especially after his first season because his first season could be like Arne Slot's first season when he achieved a milestone because of the foundation that Klopp left in Liverpool.

Pep guardiola has spent many years at Manchester city, perhaps he want to take a break from coaching. After pep guardiola leave s,manchester city might find it difficult to find a coach like pep guardiola. Maresca is an excellent but he can't be like pep guardiola. Maresca is a good replacement but I don't think they will be any coach who can achieve what pep has achieve in Manchester city over the next decade. Pep guardiola has won trophies for city, city will continue to honour him because of  trophies he has won for them even after he leaves.

Although there is no guarantee that Enzo can achieve what Pep achieved, but at least he is a more realistic choice for Man City now because he was Pep's assistant manager, in the 2022-2023 season.. and with Pep he managed to win the Treble Winner, and he is also quite close to Pep, so Maresca's coaching style is still quite similar to Pep. even though he did not achieve satisfactory results at Chelsea, his coaching career is still quite good. so next season City can still hope that they can achieve satisfactory results with Enzo.

If we can be realistic, no one can be like Pep, he is so good to the extent that even rival fans and players like him, his coaching patter is so good and it suit almost all players he wanted.
He have his own problems which include hate to some players especially if he don’t like the player, but he is really good and he hates teams without money to sign him the players he wanted no matter how big the team is.

No any struggling team will be able to sign pep because he will not adapt as he will always demand for more money to sign the best players in the world.

Enzo Maresca can try, but he can’t do like Pep Guardiola, and the Premier League next season will be a bitterly different.

Pep is unique. Pep is a manager that if given the necessary support, he is going to win titles for the club. To sign Pep will cost a fortune, I dont think an average club can cope with that.

I rate Pep more than Alex Ferguson. The reason is because Pep has made successful managers. Mikel, Kompany, Maresca are all product of Pep maser class.

This news has caused a lot of people to said that Enzo Maresca is a snitch who leave Chelsea to coach Manchester City, some people are saying that he was negotiating with Manchester City to become their new coach when he was still at Chelsea and that makes him speak in public to makes Chelsea management angry and sacked him, Chelsea is the one that sacked Maresca because he said he wants more centre backs and the club is not allowing him to sign the player he want and Chelsea fans should not forget that he won trophies for them and make them become the world champions.

I did not see anything wrong with Maresca going to Manchester City because he is a top coach that want to coach a big team, a team like Real Madrid is also interested in him but at the end they did not sign him, Maresca was the one that makes Chelsea become a top club again when they are facing many crises and bad performance in the club and the club decided to sacked him and he got appointed by a big club, Chelsea fans are only jealous because they know what Maresca is capable of doing if he join Manchester City.

But I don't think Kompany is as excellent as this whole Bayern Munich team is making him out to be. Mbappe has a great love for Real Madrid; he's the current top scorer in La Liga. Last season he was the top scorer, and now with Mourinho's arrival, I believe all the players will perform very well and that Mbappe won't leave Real Madrid. He fought hard to get to Real Madrid, and it wouldn't make sense to give up because of some saboteurs.

Chelsea is a good club. With the new coach who will start working next season, they can achieve a lot, especially with Guardiola leaving Manchester City, which will make Manchester City weak again. But I don't see how Chelsea would be good for Mbappe, who at Real Madrid is fighting for the title and in the Champions League as well.

Pep Guardiola departure is certainly a sad one, not only for the club but also for Man City fans. He has been the manager for a long time and delivered numerous titles. However, the farewell was inevitable, it was just a matter of time, and whether we were ready or not, we had to be ready.
Enzo Maresca may not be as good as Pep, but I think his coaching history at Chelsea is quite impressive. He could deliver two titles. Who knows, he could also give his best at Man City, because every new manager definitely needs to adapt.

Signing a player in the Premier League is really tough. You have to spend a lot of money and compete with other Premier League teams. Manchester United need to strengthen their midfield. Right now they need to make transfers in both defense and midfield. Therefore, they have to find the best players on the transfer market. If they want to win the championship next year, they have no other choice.

Of course and we can't wait for the transfer window to open so we see what type of players each team will be signing. There are a lot of news and rumors about potential transfers which if it work out will be a very good deal for both parties.
I am sure Carrick will be interested in adding more strength to the team even though he managed to perform well with the current squad, so I am not surprised that they are interested in signing a DM to replace Casemiro when he leaves. Surely Anderson is a great player and has recently improved his game and proved himself in the league, he's up'd his game and will be a fine signing for Manchester United.
Nottingham forest will miss him when he leaves but at least they will get paid a huge amount for him.

Xabi Alonso is indeed a good and well experience coach no doubt, but let's not forget coaches who are better than has also tried in England and fail, remember the Germain Bundesliga is not the same as English premier League, aside Bayern Munich there's no competition there, and if we still talk about Real Madrid, aside Barcelona there's still no competition there also and again he's got some amazing players there, let's not forget here in English premier League even the least team can be a bone to your neck, so I will advise we just keep the hype on a low, and wait for the season to start first.

But at the same time, don't forget that he played in the premier league and knows how tough that league is. He played for Liverpool back then when, in my opinion, there were even better players than now. He's aware of it all, but fair enough, it's not the same being a coach and being a player. Manchester United missed out on a profile like Declan Rice and he moved to Arsenal. I wouldn't want to see them making tue same mistake with Anderson Elliott.
He is just the right player for Manchester United midfield, I mean replacing Casemiro in midfield. I have seen him play for Nottingham Forest and if he can show up against big side for Manchester United like he does week in amd out for Forest, we will go a long way with his energy alongside Kobbie Mainno and Bruno Fernandes.
