Amazing that this guy obviously can't speak English very well, yet it looks like his posts from the banned account are in perfect English.   Methinks this was not a one-time offense.  How do people think they'll get away with this stuff?  And I would bet the ranch that that was a bought account.   Makes me feel warm and fuzzy that it got banned.

I am a doc friend. Of course I know english. I did not know that we should not  sample from other publications.This is the problem as far as I understand.I think I need to read the rules again.Thanks everyone for the answers.

You didn't sample, you stole. You didn't give a source or say that you took it from someone else, you copied and pasted it so that you could get a bit more from your signaute campaign. Right?

No. You are banned from the forum, not your account. If you start posting from another account you will be ban evading, which is also against the rules.
Your only real option currently is to leave and find a new way to make your money. Try doing some overtime at your job. I'm sure there are more patients you can see, doc.

18. Having multiple accounts and account sales are allowed..Having an extra account is not a forbidden. I have not seen  of the forum rules that would prevent me from posting extra messages.

That rule only applies when your account isn't banned. When you are banned, refer to Rule 25:

25. Ban evasion (using or creating accounts while one of your accounts is banned) is not allowed.

I felt mods are much active in Meta so letting them know will do much faster action than reporting (but it already reported by other members too).Maybe mods missed to handle this report for too long because still OP is free to use his one of his account even after got perma ban.
