What are  the dual mine speeds? (stock and modded). All topics only mention ETH mining..

I've been continuing to tweak and also optimizing for dual mining.

So far:

Eth: 30.5 Mh/s
Dcr: 1130 MH/s
VDDC: 0.877
Core: 1300
Mem: 2100
Mem voltage: 0.9
Strap: Custom mix
Mem Errors: 0/min
Power: 125W

NOTE: If you don't undervolt/limit power, it easily dual mines 30.5 MH/s + 1450 MH/s Dcr

Can you post the custom timings string? These of course are the same chips as before some optimum strings have already been found, but I like this one due to only needing 2100 MHz Smiley Very nice target to get 30.5 MHs

Can use 0150E2A3186272E16">http://doreymills.ca/cgi-bin/strapmod?555000000000000022CC1C00AD515A3EC0570E142D4A64080049C700030114207A8900A00300000 0150E2A3186272E16

just plug in your own 1500, 1625, or 1750

Only for samsung or all others work too?
Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

All work. I use 1750 modded in the tool for samsung, 1625 modded in the tool for hynix.. and elpida can be iffy so 1625 on the higher clocking elpida and 1500 on the lower elpida

(I used to use 1500 for hynix but im getting better results with the modded 1625 now)

It may not be designed for newbs. I didn't design it but I find it easy and very useful. Like I said earlier you plug (copy) the strap you wanna mod into the tool (overwrite the default strap in the URL) and use the modded strap (the bottom of the 2 on the output page)

I am no newbie. I do always thinks after study documentation, to know exactly what am I doing and why. You did not write and no one told exactly what that tool/site really does under the hood. "Copy straps", which exactly, what is the reason? What does this tool change?
I am sad that there is so much people who just simply don't really want to help. They just wanna show how big kings they are and inside they glad their rigs are running better then others.

I knew exactly how to use this tool immediately after he posted a link, because just by looking at the main page it basically says how to use it. You may want to go read the Polaris Bios Editor thread and get an idea of what straps are and memory timings and what this is trying to do.

I have modded lots of bioses, I know about straps and yes, I have read all 270+ pages about Polaris bios editor. There is just a blank page on the main page of the link, no info, no doc, so how can I know what it is exactly doing?  Maybe you have some other link...
I think for example "555000000000000022CC1C00AD515A3EC0570E142D4A640800400700030114207A8900A00300000%10span%20style=" with the span style at the end is definatelly not a valid strap...

Its a valid strap followed by some character codes for HTML. If you KNOW thats not part of the strap, why are you leaving it in? Remove the fluff, people shouldnt have to walk you through simple stuff at this level, and if they do then you should act like you need help and not act like tools which people took time out of their lives to make (which are valuable) aren't good enough for you.

Anyone have an idea why the micron card refuses this strap mod? Currently I am running a mix of 1625 and 1750 for last 8 pairs.

The strap mod worked pretty good for Samsung. I think I prefer it over the ubermix.

Not sure, Micron might just be unstable at those timings. See what it changes, and then try something in between?

Go around and call other people's hard work "useless", and then the community who supports developers like this will keep it useless for you. Go sit in a corner and think about it.

I got my powercolor Red Devils (https://www.mindfactory.de/product_info.php/8GB-PowerColor-Radeon-RX-580-Red-Devil-Aktiv-PCIe-3-0-x16--Retail-_1167702.html ) in the mail yesterday and installed everything. They are now happily dual mining at ETC 24mh /s PASC 479 MH/s. I am not into modding bios'es yet. Would anyone be interested in tuning my cards. I'd happily take offers in PM  Smiley

Ì am about to pull my hair out. I have RX 580 with samsung memory but what I do it seems like my hashrate only goes down. At stock they do 24MH/s ETH / 480MH/s PASC.

This is my card in stock;

I copied the straps from 1750 to 2000. So far so good and the hashrate remains pretty much unchanged. When I change the core clock to whatever value my hashrate only goes down. What the heck do I do wrong? I follow https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FT9K8DqaeDs to the letter but only bad results.. Can anyone help me?

Your card is ~250w from the wall, you need to undervolt it!
