Is there anyway to talk to a bitcoin talk moderator regarding feedback that is not warranted at all please? Or at least discuss it because we are having an ICO and a person is trying to ruin our rpeutation which quite frankly isnt fair. Anyway I wont go into details here but who can I talk to about this please?

No. You haven't even read the forum rules yet:

19. Possible (or real) scams and Trust ratings are not moderated (to prevent moderation abuse).

Nobody is trying to ruin anything; your ICO is not worth spending that kind of time over. I have already told you what needs to be addressed, yet you keep ignoring it: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1877009.0
