In this post I list 22 steps on how to SAFELY receive your BTX from a Trezor. The steps for a Ledger would be mostly the same, except for step 6 (erase your Trezor). To erase your Ledger, simply enter a wrong PIN number 3 times.

Besides that, simply replace the word "Trezor" with "Ledger".

it's pretty crazy how huge bch is compared to this when you compare the levels of skill and vision. by next year bch will probably look even less convincing than it is now. i don't see why this can't take some of that thunder.

I really don't wanna argue with a positive outlook, but talking about such fix numbers in USD is really not reasonable and imho just BS and I don't see why anybody would post s.th. like this. Especially as long as don't even have a BTX/USD trading pair. So these predictions do also include a prediction about BTC.

I was just keen to know if there is even any hard evidence or model or any reason (chart theory, values derived from metcalf's, whatever...) for giving such predictions. In such facts I would be very interested, but statements like "I see it being worth XXX Gummibears" on their own are not worth the bits they're encoded in.

But as far as I could see the blockchain was driven less than 10% of the actual capacity? Or am I wrong?
Isn't the bitcore blockchain capable of much more transaction per whatever? The devs sent the transactions out with many blocks between them and the blocks were not nearly filled, having blocks under 5MB. It feels to me that the limiting factors were more on the other end Like how to find the actual addresses, analyzing the bitcoin blockchain, preparing the transactions and double check if everything is correct. The transactions them self weren't a real challenge for the bitcore blockchain. Not saying, I never saw another blockchain writing so many transaction in the same period of time. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Minestro, you speak a clear and true statement. Its also awesome risky, to make fundamental analysis during the distribution time. A distribution is not made for a value increasement. The main task for distribution is always sharing coins to a broader mass!
I recommend to keep excited and always register ur walletaddresses for the mondayairdrops on bitcore.cc. If someone wanna buy few coins from market, so please do it wise.

You are absolutely correct. The network should be able to handle 10 MB of regular transactions or 20 MB of segwit transactions. Just good to see It pushed a bit, and the miners being able to handle everything. And them also experiencing some real transaction fees
But most of all the effort of manually getting all the btc snapshot distributed in this amount of time is impressive. It tells me the Devs are ambitious and prepared to go above and beyond, to reach set goals and objectives. Which bodes well for the future of the coin and the network.
