Also, we have a special surprise for all our loyal bitcore holders on october the 30th.
Every registered bitcore holder with a wallet loaded with minimum 1 BTX gets an special onetime airdrop of 25% instead of 3% !

So if I were to get 10K BTX and register I would get 2500 as a bonus ? If true that is amazing.  Good incentive to get people to buy more initially.

Yes.

In October.

We have the sharp ones in this group.

i'm holding 56.6 btx now.. with the upcoming airdrop rates i should have about 411btx in june

even if the price stays $30 i'll be more than happy with my investment

Well it still depends on how many people will register

I pulled the trigger and bought 200 BTX.  Little nervous buying after such a hard pump but atleast it isn't near its ATH.

So what do I need to do to get airdrop ?  Download wallet and thats it ?  Will I start getting airdrop right away every monday ?

Yes that’s all you gotta do.  Nothing else.

I went to their website and found a paper wallet.  Mobile wallet is android only.

do you have to register to get airdrops or just have it in the wallet ?

Thanks and sorry for all the newbie questions.

Download the wallet, transfer your coins into your wallet and register the address where your coins are stored at https://bitcore.cc/

Then you sit back and receive interest each Monday.

If you had btc on block 492820, then yes. You can claim your btx 50% airdrop.
Import you btc private keys to a bitcore-qt wallet, after moving your btc to a new address.

Kryptowerk,
Someone asked if Bitcore was a fork or a virtual fork of Bitcoin and you gave the following explanation.

It is a virtual fork. We actually created a new chain so our blockchain stays super-tiny with currently less than 400 MB, but we also copied over 5 million balances from the Bitcoin chain to the Bitcore chain (0.5 BTX : 1.0 BTC).

It seems that a lot of people still don't know this and the information is nowhere to be found on the site. Can the website be updated to include a clear idea of what Bitcore is? It would help with the confusion.

It's .5 BTX : 1 BTC, therefore 2 BTC would mean 1 BTX.

Do you have to do anything once you download wallet to make it functional ? Like to see a faq on their website.    I sent .25 BTx from exchange wallet five minutes ago and I havent seen anything yet.  Wallet looks the same as my MineXcoin wallet and it notifies me as soon as it detects transfer.

Did you send BTX or BTC?  If you send BTC this doesn't sound good.  BTX=BitCore, BTC=Bitcoin.  You can never send a coin to a wallet address on a completely different blockchain. Bitcore has its own blockchain so anything other than BTX you send to it will never arrive and might be lost

Check the status on the exchange, some exchange take a loooong time to initiate the tx

Yes that was the case a few backs when and it was a sweet deal. Obviously in hindsight 2020 it sucks as you could have gotten much more BTX then but looking at the current situation there is much

space for potential I feel. If you compare the specs from BTX to BTG, BTC, and B2X (I know it didnt come out) you can see that BTX is the leader and should be valued the highest. This isnt how the

markets work of course otherwise Bitcore would literally be number 1 up top. Yes you missed a good opportunity but the current opportunity is still here, dont let that one pass you by too!

It looks like Bitcore is getting more and more visibility, the thread grows faster and faster and so does the volume. This only points at even better things ahead.  Grin
