100% against redistributing what has already been distributed to the BTC holders. Goes against the immutable nature of the blockchain.
problem is you cannot even claim them if it's a segwit addy yet this is supposivly a segwit supported coin! wtf :\ total lies all around lazy dev with like 3 stupid coins he released..move alonggg<< You should make yourself a coin too cuz u seem to know so much keep on spreading that fud just don't choke on it. you must be new here ya been there done that , i have problems with people who cannot communicate and claim they are "devs" and fake btx "foundation" :\ what do you make of this?

What's the status with Bitcore SegWit support? I haven't tried it with Bitcoin yet, software support isn't very great there either. SegWit has always been advertised on the thread title here, but does it just mean that SegWit would be supported in theory if someone bothered to make compatible wallets?

I don't expect it to keep going down, else I wouldn't have bought. Look at the orderbook, to sell and rebuy the amount of coins I have would cause so much slippage. It takes a bitcoin on cryptopia to move back to 185k. lulz.
Still lulz?

I don't think we'll get any updates from Devs in this tough time. They said clearly that won't make any manipulations with market price. I think we just need to wait BTC correction cause many people get back from BTC to BTX with profit.

"10% of the unclaimed coins are reserved for the Bitcore foundation. Currently we are making weekly airdrops to Bitcore holders." It is a marketing tactic - people will really think that there is a foundation, not the 3 devs sitting on 1.5 million BTX lol

There are currently no tough times. The Devs always stated they don't really care about the price at the moment and that's completely right. It's currently important to get the coins out there, widen the userbase and get the coins in as many hands as possible. Everything getting done in this phase additionally to that is a gimmick. After the airdrops ended the next steps will be to find use cases, bigger exchanges, marketing etc. But for the moment distribution should be the goal.

I think everybody can notice that BTC is up 16% today while BTX is 04.7% vs yesterday.. Do you really think people are dumping BTX to buy BTC? Back when BTX was $30 I wrote in this thread that it will go down and stabilize between $10-$15, I hope there were people who took it into consideration..

but without a specific users adaptation, without the presence of other exchangers, without marketing, btx can cost nothing in a month. there are no commits for months on the github . 4% airdrop per week is nothing compared to a 20% drop every day. I have 30 btx 0.0045 btc This is 4 times the current price. So don't tell people to hold . The risk is really large

You are right, and not to mention that at the end of the airdrop a lot of people will sell.. The smart ones sell before and move on Github repo seems just a clone, the only changes are to change the port / copyrights etc etc, no real contribution.

Do you really think people are dumping BTX to buy BTC? They sell BTX for BTC and BTC to FIAT, or at least bring themselves in a position to sell BTC to FIAT any moment before the next correction. It's always the same, every BTC rally is putting pressure on nearly all alts.

I just think that some people want to earn some while BTC rallye. To do it you need to buy BTC lower and than sell higher. I think some BTX holders have same thoughts.

I know many crpyto enthusiasts who are hodlers because every time they tried to gain something by trading they lost. It's totally fine to hodl. I only wanted to point out, that there are obvious reasons to sell alts while there is a BTC rally going on.
