Voted too.
I'd like to leave some constructive criticism about the BTX logo. I must say I hate it. The magenta color is the only really good thing about it, the rest I find totally ugly.
I believe a logo based on the BTC makes BTX appear like yet another worthless copycat product with a lack of seriousness, branding and creativity. And the word "core" is so small no one can read it in icon size in the coinmarketcap list anway.
Ever thought about something new, like an abstract shape that somehow embodies the "core" theme, while keeping the familiar magenta color? Or some kind of logo contest?
Btw thx for the christmas present airdrop.

A logo contest sounds cool.
Get people’s creativeness going Smiley
And if someone comes up with a new design that the devs and community can get behind, why not?

I like it as is. Stands out and easy on eyes. Don't try fix what not broke.
In my opinion there are other need attention than mess with logo, which result could be worse.
Just look all the ugly ones of other coins....
Otherwise, I think is needed:
Complete tutorials for absolute beginner are needed.
Those with only basic computer skill, but show interest in Bitcore.
I am sure many look about buy BTX or mining, but can't understand, intimidated to find steps,
and lose interest.
BTX success need every possible new user.
This is most important in real.

Wait I'm confused.  So since I missed the 1st airdrop the ones after it are only for BTX holders?  I can't still claim some BTX based on how much BTC I'm holding in my wallet?
Yes you can claim .5 BTX for every 1 BTC you had at the time of the snapshot in October You need to either import your keys or if you have a Trezor or Ledger use the special version of Electrum they linked in the hardware wallet claiming tutorial.
Ok thank you for the reply help.  In the end I was able to use Coinomi to sweep my keys just like with Bitcoin Gold.

Just move your btc to a different address first. Before you import your private keys.
To be on the safe side.

But no, it doesn’t “fake” you into doing anything.

Nope.
I think that’s an old bitcoin node project.
Has nothing to do whatsoever with Bitcore/BTX.
