It's a tad weird that everytime people try to withdraw around the weekend they receive their withdrawals within an hour after the airdrop has taken place, sometimes even the next block after airdrop.

I'm no fan of cryptopia, but they have grown immensely in such a short period of time. Anytime coin movements peak, delays do as well. With people withdrawing to claim Airdrop, it's likely to cause peaks.
There have been issues with dozens of other coins for over a month. Many of the issues now appear to be resolved. - Actually, truly resolved, not just them saying so.

During the downtime, many holders of various coins claimed Cryptopia is staking the coin, receiving airdrops, etc. However, most of the coin with issues were not POS, masternode, or had airdrops. Cryptopia did put forth extra effort to keep ZCL wallets working during the BTCP fork. They could have benefited immensely by not doing so, then claiming the forked coins for themselves.

Do you know what responsibility is? I value the actions of people in accordance with the responsibility they are prepared to bear for their mistakes. Because of the delay for 2 weeks of the withdraw of BTX, I lost more than 2000 USD. Tell me, what is the responsibility of Cryptopia?

Finally i sold most part of my stake, i don't want to wait few weeks before the end of airdrops, i don't want to risk so much and i settle now. I made a really nice profit and no other coin gave me that, thank you so much to the supporters, the team and the project. It was fantastic, thank you again BTX.

Luckily at the time i write this post, i sold all my stake. I didn't wanna risk so much cause i knoe that people are interested only in airdrop.. And seems i made a very good choice. It was a fantastic journey, thank you so much to the developers of this coin.

Bought my btx at 4$ and received airdrop for months and months, + the famous 25% bonus airdrop. You need to understand that is useless to receive 7% if your coin drops 20%.. The math is simple.
I'm not a noob, and with experience ( aka rekt) i understood when go in and go out.
But everyone has their own strategy, at the end of the story we will see the ones with the most profitable strategy.
Was a pleasure to join this journey, but i still think i made the best move.. But maybe not, who know.. We will see

Thank you. I agree. Let's talk about the facts. Cryptopia has delays with the withdrawal of different coins. Because of this, people lose their money to change course and loss of airdrops.

If you look back a few posts you'll see that some holders dumped. Price has been making a comeback from it's low, actually. Lots of room to grow. Wish I could buy more.

BTX has been one of the most price stable coins in the game during the big market declines, and during big swings in total market cap.
The Airdrop is building the network, and growing size increases hedge against volatility.
I just grabbed 100 more.  Crazy not to.
By the end of April, BTX will have paid for ALL my investments in over 20 altcoins.

BTX is EASILY the best alt-coin investment out there - and on top of it all is an amazing tech that will be here for a very long time.

unless you get 250k BTX every monday, we are still having troubles, since that much is given freely every week. 7% and 8% airdrop is proving to be very bad... I still wish we continued 3% whole year.

I vied for this at one point... but we should have distributed all the coins all at once rather than prolong the pain. The biggest mistake of this coin was pre-mining and even doing airdrops. Additionally, dropping to BTC holders proved to be ineffective at best. We should have taken our medicine and moved forward but instead of that we prolonged and compounded the problems.

All coins at once would have not helped the growth of the adoption base, which is crucial for the success of a coin. To keep 3% monthly to some extent would have been better, but on the other side it would have slowed down distribution.

Everything is artificial here... If i do metcalfe's calculations then BTX is literally worth about 5 USD. My whole point was simply that because they messed up and pre-mined we should have taken our medicine and moved forward. All we did by doing this long drawn out airdrop process was kick the dump down the road. I am not 100% sure but I think there are a large number of people that will dump this hard at or even before the airdrops end unless there is some serious amount of marketing or good news. Either way more needs to be done and it was too high of risk for me at the moment. I am about to liquidate to start a commercial mining facility so I kind of need my holding to maintain value in the next month or two. Just to clarify I was the main one that dumped today.
