I am currently mining BTX with my two Vega CPUs, is BTX minable with the CPU ?

Technically I guess you can but it will not be worth it and those CPU's will probably be long gone before you make a full coin.. I remember putting my GPU to the test and the rewards were a bit slim for having it turned on all day long. I guess it depends on what it is you want to get out of it Smiley.

I have 32core64thread cpu, thats why i was askin.

Yes, CPUminer-OPT support the Timetravel10 Algo to mine BTX with a CPU

Will take a look see if i can make it work, andwhat kind of hash rates im getting

Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.

Gotcha, I'm still doubtful you'll be able to earn any decent amounts from it.. However, please do try and keep us posted on any and all progress made Smiley.

After the airdrop end will be the best time to buy btx for those who believe in this coin!
I'm waiting for this to buy it cheap and hold for the long term!

I have tried downloading the link from here
https://github.com/JayDDee/cpuminer-opt/releases
Its called cpuminer-opt-3.8.6
Per Readme, im using the "cpuminer-avx2-sha.exe" file, and the bat command is

cpuminer-avx2-sha.exe -a timetravel10 -o stratum+tcp://bitcorepool.cc:1111 -u "Bitcore Address" -p x

I think im gettin a bit under 2 mh/s.
If its worth it or not, depends on future price of BTX. If it will reach 1000+ Euros a pop, its definetly worth it.

Im getting 100% utilisation in tas manager.

Wait, 2mh/s was with folding at home running in paralel LOOOOL, im waiting for new numbers, stopped to folding client.

Its about the same, i think im gettin between 27 and 35 kh/s per thread, times 64, between 1728 and 2240 kh/s
Well, it adds UP.

Im running between 16.5 and 17 Mh per GPU, Radeon Vega founders edition watercooling, have 2 pieces.
and aprox 2.1, 2.2 mh/s with the CPU, running full tilt 64 threads, 100% load.

Was wondering, what kind of hash rates are nvidia cards getting, i got no comparison level !

It is definitely better to buy some BTX than mine it this way... nvidia gets around 13 MH/s for 1060 which is 250 USD card.

How many BTX do you have in your wallet?  When did you register?  The airdrops are every Monday until #1 Airdrop wallet is empty.

Do I look like I am spreading FUD now? But I think the 3.36 price I am seeing is mostly caused by Bit-Z bots going crazy. I cited multiple reasons such as the airdrops acting as an inflationary measure to the overall downturn in the market.
