I am seriously excited to see what will come out of this team.  Solid people, solid tech.  And whitepaper 2.0 will be awesome for sure.

They are truly just getting started!!

Go team BTX!!!
Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

Use cryptopia... Never had a big issue.. This is the best of all exchanges available for btx...

I invested £25000 worth btx through Cryptopia and everything was smooth and fine.... 💪✌️

I can tell you that price of BTX is very stable and I am glad it is this fast. As a fork of bitcoin, I think it has been doing very well.

It is not a fork of bitcoin. It is an independent blockchain that started fresh with its own genesis block where there was an airdrop of coins to bitcoin holders; but in no way it is a fork. A fork splits from the original blockchain. BTX in no way did that.

BTX is a hybrid fork.  Its Bitcoin on Steroids. While you are correct and it is its own chain, it is still a copy of bitcoin (much improved copy), just like many others like LTC.   BTX, The sleeping giant.  Wait until people wake the DRAGON.

so you should be in a big loss already, unless you had invested before 2017 crypto pump on dec.  Shocked
it has happened to me, not same or close amount to yours, i am in a size of half of your investment in loss already but i wont lose my hope here and still think it can be a good coin for future

People had issues with cryptopia withdrawals when airdrop was on. There are some post on this thread about that.
I am excited about whitepaper, we really need more good news and announcements.

One idea. Why shouldn't team do loyalty airdrop, for all of us who registered our addresses for airdrop and did not sell them. I mean no new airdrop for week hands that dumped their coins and with them value of BTX!

Hello!
where can I see the online balance of my old address?

https://chainz.cryptoid.info/btx/ does not show a balance.

If you installed the new wallet the balances are already there, you just see the new format public address instead of the old one. You can use the converter to convert the old address to the new one to see the entries for the old address you are interested in.

Buy a Trezor and Protect your BTC, BCH, BTG, DASH, LTC, DGB, ZEC, ETH and ETC from hackers.
If I was helpful please buy me a coffee BTC: 1DWK7vBaxcTC5Wd2nQwLGEoy8xdFVzGKLK  BTG: AWvN1iBqCUqG2tEh3XoVvRbdcGrAzfBBpW
If I was helpful please buy me a burger DGB: DLASV6CUQpGtGSyaVz5FYuu5YxZ17MoGQz

excellent!
just this is what I need.
Thank you!

Upd:
I used the converter under this link: https://limxtec.github.io/btx-convert/
I substituted the address from the old wallet and got a new address.
The balance of the new address is displayed in the blockexplorer.
Thank you!
  I install a new wallet 0.15

Based on Bitcoin Core, Litecoin Core developers work. If it's not a fork, it would be based on something completely else or written from the scratch. It's NOT.

I do not know who as of course, but I personally like the project as a whole and I'm not going to stop buying coins. I sincerely believe that in the future BTX will have a very big rise in price. Smiley

Very undervalued project; the only important thing is the Devs are still working hard to make things work, so I am buying more BTX slowly. It's just too bad BTX isn't a PoSP staking coin, instead of being a wasteful PoW algo, but that's me.

Sure, and it was always wide in the open that Bitcore is based on the original Bitcoin idea and also uses their Core. However since we had a new blockchain and did not start with all the "data-garbage" of the original blockchain, we call it a hybrid-fork. Starting with a real genesis block and an empty blockchain.
Actually you will be able to read in the whitepaper that Bitcore is in many ways indeed trying to follow Satoshi Nakamoto's original ideas.
