Use web wallet https://www.myetherwallet.com not in need of time to synchronization instead of client wallet. Its better choice if it is ERC20 of ethereum.

I've tried to download ethereum wallet but it's so huge and takes a lot of time,so I have no choice but to settle with Jaxx and myetherwallet, anyway both are safe and secure and lightweight compare to the desktop wallet.

I am using exchanges at the moment because I trade a bit but I don't own much ETH. I do have some ETH based tokens though so am using MYETHERWALLET to house those, along with the exchanges. I hope to look into other wallets in the future, when I get more heavily into ETH BASED projects, which is inevitable as many new tokens are being born on the EHTEREUM platform.

Use cold storage. Not safe to leave funds for a long time in exchanges.

I am just using regular myetherwallet's private file and unlock it if needed.
But I don't hold much budget down there even if they are trustable.

This is also i wanted to say i do also use myetherwallet but i do only put small amounts of ETH and most of it are stored on cold storage because no matter how trustable and reputable the risk of losing all coins is still there and we wont know on when it would happen.Downloading whole blockchain or syncing is really pain in the ass but you must sacrificed if you do really like to store your ETH.

I'm using paperwallets generated from myetherwallet and I am withdrawing from the exchange as much Eth as the daily limit allows me.

Myetherwallet Works fine with ethereum and other ico tokens' storage. only you know the private key, that's why it's secure to store ethereum tye of things in.

It is recommended to store it online than to create on your pc wallet.
This makes absolutely no sense. Why would it be recommended to store it "online"?

Storing coin, especially Ethereum in an exchange is not the right choice. The simplest way to store your Ethereum without require any hardware is with use myetherwallet.com

An year ago I was have some ethereum in my exchange and after its value fall I sold them and now as the price is again rising and it is going well so I am thinking to buy some ethereum and keep them for the price to increase and for that I will try to keep them in a well trusted exchange as if any bad thing started to happen then I will exchange them immediately.

storing our ethereum in myetherwallet can be good option but in the past, i am trying to safe in ethereum offline desktop and now i use jaxx that support ethereum with another type of the coins. i think i am prefer to save ethereum in my android phone than in online wallet, so i can see my coins grow directly.

Storing in myetherwallet a nice decision, but even though it is safe we also need to be wary of things that could be detrimental
