At the moment, militarily, i don't think china is even at par yet with the us aside from the number of personnels they have. If it comes to.it, china would have to join forces with other nations in the east to even have a chance of challenging us military. Though i don't think this submarine factory is about that at all LOL op's subject can easily fire the blood here

The problem is that everything is always think so. Now the facts. Nuclear weapons in China has the missiles to deliver there, fighter 5th generation is, submarines are built, launched aircraft carrier and two more under construction. And it's not all the facts.
