I don't know exactly what you are refering to with "web" but the mobile app (Alpha) will launch together with the physical Card on the 02. Oktober 2017. The new Website and Forum should launch before the 02. October 2017. |

Any country restrictions on the card?
As far as I know the US and India are restricted at the moment due to legal reasons. Once there are improvements on the legal landscape TokenCard will be able to issue Card to people living in these countries. |

To me Monaco looks scammy. Ninja ICOs is never a good thing. Anyway you could easily have several successful cards and competition is good for the customers. |

Yeah, they also didn't have a clear, well-planned roadmap along with questionable fees and cashback. But Tokencard seems even more shady to me. |

Yes, but they are not that great too. Their fees and promises are doubtful. They are going to control the price of their own tokens and that 0% foreign exchange fee is just impossible. |

Tenx looks pretty buy they didn`t have a deal with MC/VISA, they only communicate with PayPal.

TenX is already issuing TenX cards (VISA AND Mastercard). PayPal has nothing to do with the cards. |
