I have been pre verified for at least 3 days now and submitted a support ticket fpr tier one and two to verify so  i can deposit.. I tried to give in my dl and utility bil to verify for tier three and there is no option to do so.. They dont seem to answer tickets in a timely manner or is this the norm and i should just sit back and wait?

I just realized poloniox and kraken dont accept ny residents does anyone know any other reputable exchange sites for ny that wont go bankruot or steal my cryptocurrency/>

Who are "they"? What service are you trying to get verified for?

Regardless of whoever it is, users here cannot help you. All you can do is wait for the service to process everything and contact their support.

well i jsut found out they dont accept ny users neither does poloniox...Can anyone point me in the right direction for exchanges in ny that are reputable
