If not, why did you make all this fuss about July 16th when you clearly had this 'pre-ico' that was able to buy all the coins?

You raised 10mill... easily you could have 3x that.


As to the bounty portion, so any user who signed up, when would stakes be counted and the required 50posts come into effect?

I promoted populous plenty, and although I only joined the signature campaign just a short time ago, I was accepted and thought I would have at least 3 weeks before the official ICO.  I really don't appreciate the lack of communication regarding this "pre-ico". I had wanted to participate by investing and through the bounty and now cannot get neither?

People didn't know you sell all coins before ICO. There were at least 2 more months to finish 50 posts. Now you're saying it's already over. I think you'll give a little more time to people. That was unexpected for everybody.

Hello devs, I submitted whitepaper translation for Filipino language few weeks before to populous world but still I didn't received a feed and listed on the spreadsheet for translation. I hope that my work will not be wasted. Thanks
