Hey all, im Henkcryptotank. Nice to meet all of you.
I´ve been using this website for a long time already, but never bothered making a user account.
Well, now i need your guys help. Since short time i have been using Bittrex, and put there a
small amount of money for trading with. I dont use 2fa code, but just regular password. Today,
when i went into my account, all the money was gone! I quickly disabled my account for what its worth.
I notified them by email, already like 6 hours ago. They dont respond.
Did anyone have this problem before?
What should i do?

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

Hey mate!

Sorry to hear that situation.  Keep in mind that in costumer service (especially in bitcoin business) have a lot thing to do, and 6 hours may not be a long period of time.  They will get back to you ASAP, just wait. My tip is around 12 hours-1 day.

Thanks, i shall wait a bit longer. Its very annoying though, but, if it turns out it was just a glitch, i´d be delighted.

glad to hear that mate, but what the problem from your side? is it already moved on other wallet by you accidently? or what? can you explain it for us? so if we have same problem with you, we will not panic and know what we should do

Maybe you are been hack by phisers or you registered you email on unknown programs thats why your account has been hack since it happens to me back on past months when i register on certain program and sadly they've stole my balance on bittrex. I was notified also by email and i suspected that Scam ICO dev is the criminal who attack my bittrex account so better be carefull next time since theirs nothing you can do at all to recover your lose money.

I d really be interested to see what s that mistake? The only thing which comes to my mind is you logging to a different account, if you have 2 or more.

These noob mistakes can be funny, please share yours with us. BTW, we all did this during our early days, so no worries.  Grin

why thats great, welcome to the world of bitcoin, you may also try faucets, as long as you are determined and patient you will get a little amount of satoahi and later on you will know now how to invest it to make it big or try to invest it in trading there are many ways to earn. There are many opportunities here we should be thankful for having bitcoin.

Yup. I also like to here what happened that made your acct got disabled. So that if we wanna try the bitrex we wouldnt made some silly mistakes as well.

Anyway how the bitrex support, is they are helpful? or they just give short reply and don't bother when you tried to explain your situations?

This situation is serious thing to deal with, if the account was disabled then there is a problem actually with the system. The support group group should be liable for the problem solutions and to correct everthing on this matter. If ever support group could not tract down the main concern, I would certainly believe that the account was being hacked by anybody.
