It looks like he wants to people to visit his site posted on his video, so he has come up with this video. Nothing is new in the strategy. This game works only on luck, and he might have won this time but next time, and if repeated then he may not get same results again. It is simply waste of time and money in trying these things. You have not figured anything out because of the very fact that there is no real strategy for dice and we can't do anything about it since statistics will tell you over and over again, that in an infinite number of games we will get closer to the true result.
