For what it's worth, to lessen your disappointment these pandas aren't the exact "home" miners I was envisioning. I didn't see anywhere of someone actually running it where I could hear how I think it'd really sound, the Pandaminer is ridiculously loud & it's underperforming for me currently

Thanks for posting the video showing how loud it is. Do you have a separate room for you miner/garage? Don't suppose you have the ability to measure the sound level.

I could get a decibel meter and find out for you, noise fills up my entire house if the garage door is open... it's pretty loud lol

I have a few miners, some louder than others. If you do get the chance to measure the DB output it would be a great help, if I discover it makes more noise than my current ones I'll need to prepare before it arrives in the post.
ps, the most quit ones I have are the baikal quad-cube ( the newer ones), just in case anybody is curious
