yes but from nothing to 1 dollars you have to show investors that it's worth it, maybe in 2015 it was very simple, a decent whitepaper was enough, today I don't think it's so easy unless the dev has a few hundred btc on his wallet to speculate on trading !

You are old enough on this forum to figure-out this token is not what dev described it on thread, shooting random numbers like $1 is common red flag to hype project to attract noobs, well known tokens with good fund for developing are struggling to reach $1 for each token.

Yes i can give you great news , be aware about scam project like this,  in crypto are many project scam and if people will not be very carefull many users will loose lot money.
