Hi, we have implemented this Local BTC helper for internal usage and decided to open source it, we would love some help from the community to make it more cool.

https://github.com/onitsoft/LocalBtcHelper/

We are a young exchange operating the 'ZeroBalance' (and near-zero-trust) way.

Cheers.
O.

EDIT:
This guy simply uses very basic technique called tokenization (also used in more advanced NLP)
1. Greets the user(message configurable)
2. Asks him how he would like to pay
3. After the user responds it analysis it for predefined phrases and sends payment credentials in accordance
4. After the TX is completed, it greets the user goodbye and asks him to leave positive feedback

A basic knowledge of Coding might be required to use it... as well as a local BTC api key...
I started working on payment checking via popular APIs and Selenium but did not commit anything yet...

Oh... it also supports multiple accounts...
