I think it is the time to boost the bis by all tools of communication,for example:twitter,facebook,reddit,qq,telegram,wechat,forum.The tools of communication should be placed obviously on the offcial webnet.so many new people can join and the bis community can grow bigger and bigger.maybe the language of offcial web can add chinese ,japanese ,korean,and so on.

agree, one of the reasons bismuth is not yet widely known is because of lack of branding and marketing the coin. I'm sure if bismuth introduced in many articles and social media bismuth will have an attention.

Miner that comes with original setup is so crappy? I get like 600cyc/second with my CPU.
I put block submitting code (that submit block to all nodes) from original miner and it seems to work. But mining this coin is waste of time, every time you find a block, another node submits 4 or 5 blocks in a row and overwrites the blockchain.

LOL, a swimming pool? I will asume you didn't read the title of this topic or you don't know cryptopia is an exchange Tongue

I don't see this coin being successful unfortunately   it still has a lot of insects, also somebody currently includes a Graphics processing unit miner and it is obtaining all the coin supply, as well as we nevertheless posess zero working swimming pool and no exchanges yet.

The coin still in an early stage there is still needed a room for improvement. The GPU mining is already available but closed source you can find it on slack if you want. And currently, Bismuth is listed on Heat Exchange and Cryptopia Exchange.

It is listed on Cryptopia, that is right, but due to the total instable Node, it is always out of Sync and you cannot deposit or withdrawal coins from Cryptopia.

Hi, guys. The number of blocks each day can I mine with multi core Processor?Exist anyone exploration on the 1 CPU?What is your cyclesOrmere seconds rate?

You would be wasting your time mining with CPU, there's already an Nvidia GPU miner that was released not long ago and there are also AMD GPU miners but are kept private for now.

Is anyone working on a Bismuth whitepaper? The website has a large amount of documentation, but most people want to see a whitepaper.

the Bismuth developer didn't have a plan for whitepaper yet, but the website gives pretty much information you need, and if you still need to ask more question you should join a slack channel.

The latest news is that the GPU miner developer still had a problem in C and python code under windows. the dev didn't give the ETA though.

For all of you waiting for the windows GPU miner, look like the developers almost completed the software and will do some test. I will keep an eye on it

Bismuth Deposit on Cryptopia is working again, happy Dumping Wink
Finally, they get rid off the problem, they got 22 connected nodes and I hope the problem didn't come again.

some pool news:

private gpu-pool (nvidia only):
url: https://EggPool.Net
miner: https://EggPool.net/index.php?action=download_gpu -
for help join #eggpool on bismuth-slack

private gpu-pool (linux testing):
url: https://bismuth.acc-pool.pw/
join #acc-pool on bismuth-slack and ask for miner for testing

as already said, win-miners are not available but the pool owners are working on it.

pls also note, that the pools are not official bismuth-pools, so take care, scammers are everywhere.

10% Pool fee for Eggpool sound a bit to much if you ask me. The Nethash is already so high that for individual Miner it already does not make sens anymore to mine.

it is a bit too high, but I believe the developers somewhat deserved it, they build the mining pool and the miner applications from scratch, we should really give him a credit.
