Yes pleased to say the single coin did transfer to cryptopia and is awaiting confirms thank you for your help.. So I now will read this thread over the next hour or so. I want to get a feel as to what the coin offers. |

difficulty has jumped more mining I think Not sure. Difficulty is 111-112 last xx days.. Yea this sha algo is a bit different, in that a 1 unit increase from 111 to 112 is about twice as difficult. It isn't like ethereum which is more linear in how the numbers represent difficulty. I think alot of concerns around asics for equihash and ethash are turning people to mining coins like bismuth. |

Bismuth Mandatory Update to 4.2.5.1? Does the backup require any different procedure than it did before 3 months ago? I was out for a few weeks and I lost some things here.
If you have a backup of your "publickey.der" and "privkey.der" you are safe. The new wallet will convert those files into "wallet.der" (this is a compact version of the 2 files) where your wallet keys are stored, is like the "wallet.dat" of other coins. After you install the new wallet, you can backup the new "wallet.der" file, in wallet. Click "Wallet" -> "Backup wallet". |
