Hindi po ako sigurado kung meron na o wala pa kasi ung iba Hindi pa nman nila Alam Ang tungkol sa Bitcoin pero baka sa mga susunod na buwan kasi nag uumpisa ng ibinabalita sa tv

Sa ngayon wala pang nauukol na batas sa pagbibitcoin. Pero mananatili pa din na legal si bitcoin sa ating bansa

Sa pagkakaalam ko wala pa naman batas ang Bitcoin pero siguro gagawan din nila ito ng batas lalo na at nagiging popular na sa mga tao habang tumatagal may pagkakataon pa na nababalita na sa tv

Wala pa pong batas para sa bitcoin dito sa Pilipinas.Pero ang Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas mayroon ng ginawang guidelines on operating bitcoin exchanges in our country.Intention nilang irregulate ang mga exchages and would class it as a form of remittance company.The company needs to apply a certificate of registration and should also be registered  on
the country’s Anti-Money Laundering Council Secretariat.
Though wala pang batas para sa bitcoin dito sa ating bansa,mahalaga na huwag natin itong abusuhin upag patuloy itong lalago.
