Did you believe that Martingale is a 100% win?  There are lots of Casino players here suggest to not rely on martingale method since it will do you more harm than good.  Aside from that if you visit other casino and try to play with the same method, you will also experience the same or probably more losing streak.  You can also search this forum on why martingale method is not advisable.  And losing a certain streak does not mean the casino is a scam unless you have proven that they are not provably fair and that their games are rigged.

If you are using the martingale strategy and lose in 7 bet using martingale it means martingale is not working.. since martingale strategy is not guaranteed that you can make a good profit  if you are not lucky will not win the game..

They are not a scam.   I've  been playing  with them since 2015 I think (late that year).  I've won plenty of times, I've always had prompt withdraws with no lame excuses and I've received my VIP bonus gift once.

Even if one play dice on a trusted site, there is not guaranty that gamblers can win money. In this martingale method end result for gamblers is a loss. So don't just play without knowing how it works and then later start saying site cheated you.

Actually it depends on your basebet and your funds. The lower bets you have placed and the higher amount you have will much more guarantee your winning, but mostly people have huge money, and they will start higher their chance to get more and this will make their chance to lose exactly the same as they start low.
