Well i tried, it always gives me "Unable to resolve this username." Does the users needs to be online to get their ip address? Sorry i am kind of noob to these things and sorry if my questions is stupid.

Unfortunately not all Skype username's are resolvable - there are many factors that go into this software

I do not think this is important, and i do not want to click on provided link, because i do not believe this person. But when i think about it, i do not think that i am in that much of a problem with some one finding my IP address. First of all i have dynamic IP address, and second i do not add anyone that i do not know on Skype. And why would some random guy want my IP address?
