I have a question. One of my referrals joined to Exchange DGEX under my referral link, but in my referrals hi is not displayed. What will advise? My ID is 4360.

What is going on.... I could not deposit my account and now price is going up... DGEX really SUX!
I have deposit 0.2 BTC into Dgex just now and it has not arrived even though it says "BTC deposit CONFIRMED 0.20000000". Graviton, can you help please?

fuck If I withdraw my btc from my account it will has 2.8% fees .and I can not buy nxt it always shows error of my account what a fuck wrong.

Withdrawn some BTC from my account with INSTANT option (2,8% fee) and no BTC arrived at my account at btc-e yet. I guess it may take up to several days due to information on dgex.com website (NOTICE: If you withdraw to other account than what you deposited from or withdrew to previously, and you IP address has changed, your withdrawal will trigger account investigation that may take several days.). So what's the point to offer instant BTC withdrawal if it will take couple of days anyways??! I know - charging nice fee of 2,8% is good for dgex.com but it gives awful experiance for users like me. I withdraw BTC to my btc-e account. This is the same account I was sending BTC to dgex.com but I doubt btc-e send money from my BTC address. They rather use some special address for withdrawals. So from your experience how long will it take to receive BTC sent from dgex.com? EDIT: Tried to contact via dgex.com but there are errors: Error 7: Unacceptable characters in ' Dear Sir or Madam, I withdrawn 0.21 BTC to my account at btc-e using instant option (2,8% fee) and haven't received BTC yet. Please send us a simple message without any special characters except for alphanumeric, comma and dot, so we can track down your account. Thank you I haven't used any special characters. I even removed "%" and tried to send message without it and got the same error. I received BTC several hours later but I paid for instant payment. The amount of BTC was small, so I do not really care. But in the future I will use standard withdrawal for sure. P.S How long does it usually take to send NXT to another account? |

Took me over 12 hours to transfer to BTER. However, BTER just says processing, so I can't even trade what I have. Not sure what is going on. |

All I did was deposit money, then cancel my deposit. So far you have been ignoring all my messages.
You did an error, as deposits where the NXT was already sent could not be easily cancelled. In addition: - you did not send us a standard support ticket from the DGEX site - you screamed over forums with several posts all over the place, negative attitude and inappropriate questions that caused more work, thus dropping you to the back of the processing queue. Your deposit has now been refunded (deducted with the 1 NXT transaction fee). I hope you are satisfied with the resolution, and regret it took unacceptably long to resolve under the circumstances that demanded prioritization necessarily delaying some cases this long. Thank you. You all heard the man. Using a built-in function on his exchange is an error. He litterarly included a button which can make you wait for over two weeks before you can get your money back. Without any notice. And it's your fault for clicking it. Remember kids, it's always the customer's fault. And if the customer gets upset, make him wait longer! |

Question 3:you have currently been able to forge new NXT with my close to 10,000 NXT for 15 days. So you have actually earned NXT with help of NXT that isn't even yours to begin with. We have not earned anything with that kind of money. The EV for forging with 9638 NXT is close to 0. Did I say you were forging with *only* 10,000 NXT? I'm sure you've been using plenty of other people's money as well. Please note that clearing the transaction and sending it back to you caused us manual work of nearly quarter an hour, which we did not charge for, but we deducted the mandatory 1 NXT minimum network fee as we can not any more cover the transaction fees.
OH so you took my money for over two weeks not explaining why and completely ignoring my messages, then you did not charge me for the 15 minutes it took you to give them back to me. Geez Graviton, thanks. How silly of me to not understand I'm the one who has caused troubles! By...using your exchange. And...worrying about whether or not I'd ever see my money again. I see now, the hours I've spent troubled by this...it's my fault! I should just have let you kept it all, not writing to you and nagging you about it. I'm such a bad customer. I'm so grateful you didn't charge me for taking up 15 minutes of your precious time. Multiply quarter an hour by 9000 clients and you should begin to realize why things are not happening instantly. Thanks

23h ago I sent 1 BTC from my dgex.com account. I guess I will have to wait only 1 hour more to get BTC to my account...
EDIT: No, money hasn't arived. So much for 3-24h withdrawal time.
EDIT2: After ~ 28h I received BTC sent from dgex.com.

501 NEXTcoins missing from my wallet address. I have done no transactions other than deposit 500 and get 1 from a faucet. The address stolen from was :
1608608235597707106 any way to trace where my coins went to and who stole them ? I downloaded everything from this site. Thanks
